Near State Route 509 and the Sea-Tac Airport corridor, Sound Integrated Health Burien is an outpatient treatment center treating substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions through medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling, and psychiatric care. The program includes intensive outpatient and outpatient therapy for adults facing addiction, depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and bipolar disorder. They offer virtual and outpatient care designed to begin treatment quickly with walk-in access and minimal barriers. Open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., offering consistent weekday access to care that helps individuals stay engaged in treatment and recovery. Build Strength Through Therapy Through a medically informed and trauma-informed approach, treatment blends medication-assisted recovery with therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT). In addition, services include psychiatric medication management, alcohol and drug assessments, case management, and intensive outpatient group therapy that helps individuals strengthen recovery skills and maintain progress.
