St. Charles County VA Clinic

So glad this clinic moved here last year. It is less than a mile from my apartment. Steen group of employees, but efficient in their duties. If you make them laugh, they really loosen up. Just don’t grab at any candy on the counter within reach. They laugh, but it is an evil laugh, like your hand was theirs for desert. Like them all.

January 27th 2026 12:35 p.m. I called to talk to a Veteran Counselor at the St Charles VA Clinic. Natalie the operator connected me to the mammogram section. I called back to let her know it was a mammogram section and she starts screaming at me. Very Ignorant and Unprofessional. Natalie need to be examined in psychosis... A black man operator answer the phone he told me to move on because I told him what happened with Natalie. He's one of those type of guys talks out of his butt. He was trying to justify making a mistake.The white girl in Patient Advocate I told her about Natalie and of course she didn't write nothing down cuz she didn't even write down my name and answer no questions. She transfered me back to the male operator. All three of these so called employees need to be Retrained. Talking to Veterans families like there in the streets. They need another job. Maybe house cleaning so they don't have to talk to nobody....

Very indignant to Veterans concerns and issues! As a female veteran I stated I did NOT want the male nurse to assist me with a physical need, the PA literally got upset and asked me “why, what don’t you like about him?”, I had to repeat only louder no man … I left without help.

Exit 228 off I 70 works well with fewer traffic 🚦.

This is a very nice VA! If you are a Veteran and not enrolled in the VA You should go to St Charles VA Clinic! Everyone is very nice and I have been to a lot of different Doctors and levels.

Went in with a 10/10 pain and broken arm and they schedule an appointment 2 months later. I also have a broken ankle which had surgery and badly needs serious physical therapy and I was sent to this clinic to work with a physical therapist. The guy hardly seems to know what’s going on. In the span of over 4 months I’ve been given 2 BS exercises, a 10 min foot rub and absolutely zero help or concern for my pain from this man. As a former marine, I know plenty of people who “go through the motions” at work and this man is the absolute definition of it. Asks the same questions over and over, hardly helps, and hardly cares while collecting what I’m sure is a nice government funded paycheck. Lmfao and the receptionists look like they’re genuinely not there to support vets.

Just had an annual visit. Melissa (with the boots) was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and professional. My tech was also great! Upbeat and professional and his blood draw was perfect. Everyone there was good to deal with. Thank you!!
