Absolutely amazing recovery place! I will recommend anyone who I find needs help. This place literally saved my life and I understand everyone is different but Stonegate in all is wonderful and they truly care about you! No judgements, all love! I’ll always remember them and thank them for what they do because they are a blessing!

Never go there they will freeze you in detox and get all booty hurt when you want to check yourself out they are rude when you check your self out horrible place to go get help

Praying this place has changed thier definition of a Christian Facility, and thier approach to recovery. I was not a Christian when I arrived. When I left my new belief was.. if this is being a "Christian" I want nothing to do with it!!! The experience set me back years!! The video failed to show how students were forced to call each other out in regards to how they are failing in thier recovery and it happened 3 times a week!! This caused so much tension and it forced addict behavior by way of finding ways to cheat the system. "iron sharpens iron" was another excerise where a student was placed in the middle of a circle of other students and berated beyond belief. I witnessed the removal of a students cross necklace as he was told he didn't deserve to wear a cross. They also failed to mention students left AMA almost daily. Staff would intentionally give false directions to town. Staff would then brag and laugh about it. I agreed to just over 30 days. These people called my child who just got back from an Army deployment over seas and told him if I left I would die!! Did I mention 13-17 people to a room? I was shocked to see this place was still open. But GOD!! I found a true Christian program and have sharing the good news since. I truly pray these events are no longer, previous staff is no longer. I would encourage potential students to ask about the aforementioned exercises. This approach may work for some but was far from Christianity.

Stonegate saved my life. If you’re struggling with alcoholism or addiction, don’t waste your time anywhere else. There is a solution, happiness in recovery, and Stonegate is the answer. Stonegate holds a special place in my heart and everyone who works there truly cares. Grateful beyond words.
