Symetria Recovery Spring Outpatient

They have worked so well with me regardless of what my issues have been. The meds themselves have been a real life saver and amanda has always been incredibly accommodating. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of their services!

[EDIT] I absolutely loved symetria....but unfortunately the recent staff departures have significantly lowered the level of attentiveness and care from the staff. I want to WARN YOU if you are stable on a dose (iv been on 95 mg for 2 years) and unfortunately have a family member pass unexpectedly...symetria was HORRENDOUS at coordinating care out of state. My 29 year old cousin overdosed on the 5th and on TOP of grieving and dealing with survivors guilt they have allowed me to go SEVERAL days with out my medication. Which I dont even have to explain how tone def this situation is. Iv been sent to several clinics on several days without getting meds. This has taken countess phone calls and begging to SIMPLY GET THE HELP MY COUSIN NEVER GOT.

[Edit: Unfortunately, I must report that recent staff departures have eroded the quality of care. I'm wishing the best for Dr. Son and Odie, and missing the healthcare team I once knew...] I'm thankful for Odie and Amanda for putting a smile on my face each Friday. Working in the SAT industry is probably a somewhat thankless job, serving so many customers who would prefer not to be served or, at best, would prefer never to have stepped onto the path leading there. This crew does good work. Thanks, Symetria team, for making it so bearable.

I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. They focus on you as an individual, and actually remember your name. I'm not seen as a patient here, but as a person. I feel as though finding this place was a true blessing. I can go on and on about here. If you need help this is the place to go to. Thank you for everyone who works here 🙏🏼

Symetria is the most amazing clinic I have ever been to. Through ever problem I have they are there to help, big or small. Amanda the receptionist is amazing although she wasn't here when I started she is now and she is amazing the counselors and doctors are amazing from Rachel to Regina and Robin all amazing. The dosing nurses are absolute heroes for all that they do. And Mark absolutely saved me when I came back to Conroe From Austin. They truly care which is more than I can say for a lot of places. I could write a book of good things about this place but it still wouldn't do it justice. I've been wanting to write a review for a long time now I finally had the time.

This place suffered a tremendous loss with Dr. Trotta leaving. He truly cared about the pts quality of life and truly cared about helping people succeed. There is now NO care for the pts quality of life, they only care that the patient must attend daily so that they can bill at an in person higher billable rate. If a patient works night shift and works past clinic closing time of 0830 on Saturday the pt will not be able to receive their Saturday or Sundays dose and they will not do anything to help. They prefer the pt uses fentanyl on the weekend instead of giving them take home doses this allows them to be considered “noncompliant” and kept at in person dosing forever so they can charge the most forever. If you work 12 hours with an hour travel time each way 3 days a week that is 3 15 hour days a week and then you have to spend 2 to 3 hours a day traveling to the clinic on top of that. That leaves very little time for any kind of life. Like I said there is no desire to do anything other than punish the individual with addiction. I was nauseated and vomiting for over a week and they refused to call in zofran, I had to pay to order some through callondoc.com. What a Shame when I already pay for care but they arent willing to help or care, just to do as little for you as possible. There is no MD in the spring office I had to travel over an Hour to be admitted. I wore a shirt that said proud marine mom at my visit and the MD asked me if I really did have a daughter serving. I answered “yes that is not something someone would lie about”I guess he assumed I’m just a degenerate loser it couldn’t be true. When I told The spring office coordinator I served in the military he asked me what kind of discharge I had. I stated “honorable” and he squinched his face all up like he didn’t believe me. Once again I guess he assumed I’m a low life degenerate, The care they offer is not charity it is actually very expensive but they treat you like they are providing Charity work. I have never been made to feel worse than I do at this clinic. Amanda at the desk is very kind and the nurses are very kind but the do not decide anything about your care so it doesn’t help. I don’t ever share anything about my life with anyone in the office because no staff ever stays. The Nursing staff never stays. administrators abuse their power to keep people using and sick to make more money instead of giving take home doses for work days. I also realize I have no hope of vacationing or visiting my daughter in the Marine Corps. I should not have to beg to have a life but administrators with God complexes require it.Basically the clinic controls my life and has taken away any possibility for joy I once had. They won’t follow current guidelines: OTPs may provide unsupervised take-home doses of methadone in accordance with the following time in treatment standards: In treatment 0-14 days, up to 7 unsupervised take-home doses of methadone may be provided to the patient Treatment days 15-30, up to 14 unsupervised take-home doses of methadone may be provided to the patient From 31 days in treatment, up to 28 unsupervised take-home doses of methadone may be provided to the patient The cost is 350.00 a week to receive 12 minutes of care a week, nothing more. No one cares if I’m sick, it states they offer ancillary psychiatric care. I have shared multiple times that I have no desire to live anymore and they have not ever offered me antidepressants. Just hand me the methadone and push me out the door. The counselor suggested I have a “spa day” when on earth would I have time for that working 3 15 hours day and traveling to clinic a minimum of 15 hrs a week?

This place is amazing and so are the staff they we're so willing to help me out when I was traveling out of town for work 🙏. Truly a lifesaver

This place is amazing! I'm so impressed with every aspect of this clinic. Every staff member is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and seems to genuinely care about each patient. They make you feel important and are dedicated to helping you and understanding each individuals situation. They even arranged an Uber ride for me when I had transportation issues and couldn't make it on my own. I am really just "wowed" and that doesn't happen often these days. I 100% would recommend this place to everyone. They are extremely competent , efficient , courteous , and caring. To the entire staff-Thank you for striving for excellence (and succeeding!) in a world where so many people's goals are to do the bare minimum they can get away with and still collect a paycheck.
