how they managed to lose my DNA more than once for testing? i don’t know. but now im unhinged and unmedicated. thanks syntero, for continuously making a terrible name for yourselves. please shut down or do better. pathetic.
Dr. Katherine Miller likes to play “God” with your mental health medication. This will be the second time she just put my refills on her “ who cares” list! To let someone go days without their much needed medication is just cruel
Never have I had to deal with a more incompetent group of nurses and therapists. They would completely forget to send refills for my medications every single month forcing me to go days without being properly medicated. Syntero is an embarrassment. Do not go here if you want quality mental health care. I’m gonna give Syntero a NOT GOOD out of 10
This place no called no showed on multiple occasions, took days to fill prescriptions that shouldn't have a break between doses, and failed to consistently schedule. They discharged my boyfriend for not scheduling therapy, but his therapist didn't show up to a couple appointments and the office never attempted to schedule. It's unethical. They lack competence for their jobs. Due to wait times, he now isn't going to receive care and is having to withdrawal with no psychiatric help or therapy with a history that includes hospitalization.
I LOVE THIS PLACE. VERY GOOD STAFF. HELPFUL POLITENESS REALLY MAKING A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN MY MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES.
The receptionist is extremely rude. I've had an interaction with her a couple of times and she has been very short and condescending on every occasion. The therapists are okay, but don't seem well equipped to handle anything more than basic depression and anxiety. They seem overworked and have extremely limited availability. I missed an appointment and was never called to follow up or reschedule. As a result, I have began seeking care elsewhere. They are very affordable, but you seem to get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
Very good experience with therapist. But, boy... how old is that furniture and how much longer it can last is anybody’s best guess... consider the waiting are standing room only, folks. Wow.
