I promise this is the best clinic around. They are definitely the most flexible in terms of b.s. administrative bureaucracy. When I was going there you could pop for thc on your u.a. and still be counted as clean. Only place I know of that does that. All the situations described in the negative reviews could have easily been prevented with a tiny bit of forethought and planning ahead. If I was new or a guest, I'd at least make a phone call before arriving to find out specifics. All I see is lazy addicts ripping on perfectly good people because they were barred from treatment for non-payment. Same people probably always there on Saturdays at 6am
Recently guest dosed here and they made everything very easy and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will def guest dose here in the future.
All they care about is money not helping people they will accuse you of have weapons pat you down & then make you go down in doses if you don’t pay everyday & they bill you for the days you don’t show up
This place really helped one of my loved ones.
I’ve guest dosed here several times now and each time the staff has been amazing. They helped work through issues with paperwork from my clinic. It is a quick in and out process unlike my clinic back home which is much smaller but you sometimes wait for 30 minutes for one person (getting 2 weeks take home). The organization and professionalism is outstanding. My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PART— THEY CALL YOU BY YOUR NAME NOT A NUMBER!! my home clinic we are all numbers and not allowed to use names. (After spending sometimes an hour in the waiting room you meet and learn all about people anyway) I would give anything to be able to have a clinic like this as my home clinic, but I already drive an hour one way to get to the one closest to me😒
Great staff. If you don't get any take homes from a clinic because you can't pass one single urine screen then you should probably always look at dosing times. I've guest dosed in a different state like 4 times and can't understand how you wouldn't know that.
My daughter went there this morning to get treatment which she was a transfer from another clinic .All she wanted to do is continue the same treatment.Vicky at the front desk was giving her such a hard time because my daughter's name did not match up with her social security. In which I provided W2 forms for a 2nd ID to show prove that she was who she was. She made my daughter seem like she was lying since she had 2 different last names. Yes she does have 2 last names mines and her Dads .My daughter started crying and got emotional. Vicky needs to have compassion for patients. I will give her a zero/ negative review..Thanks to the other lady who showed that she cared for her patients. These people are already struggling to get help. And to be treated like that is not the way to go at all.Not fair to make someone cry on their way to recovery. Show ICARE values. Learn how to care for your patients. If you don't like your work ,well this isn't for you Vicky. I work in the medical field and know that this was unacceptable.
This is the absolute worst clinic I have ever dosed at !!! I was guest dosing and they didn't bother to let me know anything about their weekend hours so I had to go all weekend with no meds !!!!! I definitely won't be ever guest dosing here again !!! And their meds are definitely watered down from where I dose at home!!!
