DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I'VE TRIED 7 TIMES IN TWO WEEKS TO CONTACT THEM REGARDING THERAPY AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO REACH ANYONE. IF THAT IS THE "START" I DON'T WISH TO SEE THE END. 👎👎👎

This is the worst place I ever been I had no shampoo no toothbrush nothing no underwear I came from jail but I have Medicaid and they were billing them! they had to ask the other patients to give me hygiene supplies which was all the more humiliating because nobody helped me out. There is a lot of bullying from patients and staff the staff will curse you out. The daughter of the director comes prancing in all happy and beautiful and rich looking and smiling asks me if I'm happy to be there?! How out of touch are they?? Yea I love having my food stamps taken my insurance billed and be treated like crap and given no hygiene products or anything and then made a fool of for having to ask multiple staff over and over for underwear the only reason they gave me anything is because I cried on a video call with the judge. Don't go here they are scammers.

This is the most unprofessional facility I’ve ever seen it being my first time in one… the staff make fun of clients and often forget they are in a workplace staring with the woman named Kathy she is rude and often speaks publicly what was confined to her as patients trust it will remain confidential she puts to shame those who confront her about her attitude and she deals with situations very childish…. The staff don’t like to be approached and often make the rules as it pleases them… they are always using their personal phones in video calls which as far as I’m concerned it’s against HIPPA LAWS… they get too familiarize with the the clients and are quick to put you in a behavioral contract simply because they don’t want to deal with anything… you are completely belittled when advocating for yourself and it’s considered as you having an attitude problem… the owner seems to be more occupied in giving you some ridiculous religious sermons than putting effort in what the staffs are doing… this was utterly a disgrace not empathy or respect

This place was very unprofessional. With staffs that give little no importance to the clients. I was very disappointed I was told promising things about this place. They have no regards towards incidents such as money being lost and never getting an answer or a resolve in the matter. My phone was damaged in their care, and again no regards whatsoever or accountability from their part. I would advise you to really consider another facility. I left very unpleased by the whole experience.

This place is extremely disappointing. Don’t believe the positive reviews they are very misleading. The environment here is ghetto, unprofessional, and far from safe or supportive. Items were stolen, personal belongings like detergent and hair tools were used without permission, and basic necessities like soap were never replaced. There’s no sense of care, dignity, or respect. The nursing staff is neglectful, and the overall atmosphere feels cold and hostile. Staff behave more like bullies than professionals. There is nothing healing or welcoming about this place. It honestly feels like the only thing they care about is money and scamming insurance. If you’re considering this place think twice. People deserve real care and support, not this mess.

Does not help clients or staff. When needed for anything given the run around and excepted not to get upset. Worst facility I have ever been to if it doesn’t affect them they could care less no matter what the income is to you.
