Friendly staff help me get thru hard time

Great food. Great housing. Big screen tv's! Awesome therapist! Kyle is the best! Super awesome staff! Would recommend!

On December 13, 2025 supervisor “Coop” packed up my things without me knowing, with no discharge papers, refusing to give me medicine bag, and I had no ride or place to go at 6:30 pm. Had to call police and do a 1013 to get help so I would be sleeping on the street. Reason being I allegedly threatened staff “Sam”. “Sam the staff” took a resident Mr. Lester to the social security office on the way there telling him I’m trying to take advantage him, not to talk nor sit by me. He told me “Sam the staff” pretended to be his counselor, wrote down all his personal information and handled his business for him. She said that she would help him sell his house. She found out he was getting $16,000 from his retirement. The next day she walks in and say aloud “Don’t worry Mr. Lester we’re going to put that in a safe place so can’t nobody touch it “ I asked Mr. Lester what is “Sam the staff” talking about and he said she’s talking about you. I told Tracy which is “Sam the Staff” Supervisor. To sum it up I had a session with the The Nurse Miriam which was supposed to be client confidentiality of having strong feeling as if “Sam the staff and I ” may get in to it (fighting) that cause them to put me out as if I was 3 mos. behind on the rent. “Coop” the supervisor took off running when the police showed up, put my huge bag of medicine on the bench next to the front door and yelled something at the police and hid in the building, would not answer the door bell. THIS IS A PLACE WHERE YOURE SUPPOSED TO GET HELP. 👎🏽👎🏽

This place is not where you want to send your family Or yourself for that matter. Do yourself a favor and go to Black Bear or Mount Sinai. The people at this place carry a little to nothing about your recovery and our hateful people.

This place is a rip-off once they get your money they don't even answer the phone and help you I would recommend going to somewhere else if you got insurance

Had a bad experience here. One night I was having a severe anxiety attack and I had asked the RVTif I could possibly get an extra dose of my anxiety meds the woman went off on me and told me I needed to go to the hospital you have mental problems. I was having chest pains but she sent me to the hospital because I had scratches on my forehead. What kind of medical personnel do you have here. Then they have full control of your vape and cigs if you smoke so don’t expect to be able to smoke whenever. If you are looking for real recovery don’t come here
