Amazing staff, great environment for healing

By far the best and most compassionate staff! They tend to your needs and treat everyone equally. I love them all!! I’ve been here 4 times and I always miss them when I leave. Cafeteria is amazing! No other place compares!! Because of them, this time I will recover. Love, Haley Smith

Excellent financial case management with Mrs. Tarynn. They will help you get things sorted with work for sure. Decent food. The problems are really on the clinical side of things. Programs are not clearly explained & you are pre-placed in a program based on your scores during admission even if you are in distress & unsure of your true state of mind. Orientation does not happen until you have already started which can take up to a week based on when you arrive. It’s hard to work with them in general to get care adjusted to your exact needs. Facility is well kept just has some heating & cooling issues. AA meetings everyday. Some nurses & BHTs can be very disrespectful while others can be very nice. Overall a mixed bag but once you get used to it you’ll be able to recover well.

RVC really changed my outlook on life. I want to begin by saying that I was at RVC for Thanksgiving and Christmas. As soon as I stepped foot in the door, patients around my age(27) took me under their wing. And shortly after, all patients did! So the patients really made a difference during my time here. The counselors were also fabulous! Andrea and Mel were so amazing. Both have made a lasting impact on me!! The kitchen staff were always in a good mood and the food was great. The BHT’s and nurses made sure we had top of the line care at all hours of the day. When people take the time to carefully explain your medication, you know you’re cared for. Nurse Chris, Heather and Diego always went above and beyond to make RVC feel like home! I have to say a HUGE thanks to staff and patients at RVC. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my recovery. I am from OOT and i’m coming back for my 2 month coin because of how amazing AA was as well. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me and making me feel loved!! ❤️

I’ve been looking for a new program here in Columbus i need one that accepts couples. Do yall accept couples or do you know a program that does?

Words can't describe 118 days inpatient if you want a new life walk thru there door 24/7 the staff are Amazing ❤ it works if you work it they gave me a road map to a substance free destination much love 💘 to everyone that keeps the lights on at Recovery village 😘🙏miracles happen there 🙌🥰🎈

This was my last hope and I can’t say enough good things about this place. I came here at the lowest place in my life and after a month of treatment I am better than I’ve ever been mentally, physically, emotionally. The staff are all very helpful and any concerns you may have are taken very seriously. If you need somewhere judgment free to heal on anything drugs, alcohol, or simply mental health this would be my top pick. They also make sure you are set up with appointments, housing, etc before you leave. As long as you complete your program you will be taken care of even after your time there.

I've been here at The Recovery Village in Groveport since September 16th. Its been the best experience of Recovery I've ever experienced, the staff is great, food is great and the rooms are awesome. Mel Timberlake and Rochelle Sparks are Awesome! I really enjoy joking around with Ann and Hislord from the nursing staff. Anyways all around great place for Recovery!!! Mel has alot of knowledge and is just a solid person. Thank You... Paul Babcock
