I was here on the mental health side the worst staffing you could image. While I was in recovery village I wrote over 14 letters not one to be read except the last one where I said I would sue this company is awful and this location needs to be shut down. The lack of empathy communication weather it be with the therapist techs or whoever it needs to be done with. the amount of disrespect and bullying that went on while I was here is honestly so disheartening if you want a place that doesn’t care go for it and remember just another pay check for them if you try to leave they’ll do everything in there power for you not to. Recovery village do better.

Everything was great. All you have to do is be polite and follow the rules. Don't make demands. Let the process work for you, Don't try to work the process. Don't use teesa for a case manager. She sent me to a place that only excepted 18-22 year old people. I am 61 and now I'm homeless and living on the street! I'm very upset with her! I have no money and nobody will answer or return my calls. Signed, PISSED OFF !!!

✨️From all the places I've Done The Treatment at the recovery Village Palm Bay was Different. If you are there for the right Reasons and want to Change your life, if you are tired of being sick and tired The Recovery Village West palm is the Place to go. The rooms were Nice and Comfortable and Clean the Cleaning lady's are top notch. What made this place stand out for me were the Therapist. From all my past Experiences from other treatment center's, the recovery west palm have the Absolute best Therapist. My Personal Therapist Mrs Lavern was Incredible, she was able to handle me at my worst and I mean yelling and Screaming and Complaining. In the end we built a wonderful friendship and Understanding for one another. And as for the other Therapist they all have Outstanding Classes and Genuinely care about us . They have true Compassion and Love what they do and you can see that in their sessions . I recommend The Recovery Village West Palm to Everyone and Anyone that are ready to change their life for the better.
