If I could give zero stars I would . this place use to help everyone out and have the resources to help everyone out . they used to have food bus passes and full hygiene products . every time I ask for assistance or help it’s like pulling teeth . they never really have anything I need . just for them to give me a food box it’s like pulling teeth as well . No one’s there to ever help me out. It seems like they pick and choose who they help instead of helping people that really need it . I feel like people should not waste their time they are not really about helping

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION Ask anyone that is not directly connected to THRIVING UNITED, and they will tell you that DUE 2 the new director being hired, has IN-FACT Transformed everything to the point that with the infinite knowledge that she brings to the TABLE will lead to their downfall. Not experienced enough to know that IF THE MISSION suddenly become a hundred times more complicated, You should change the MISSION itself after looking at the parameters. The first thing that should have been done is to fix the telephone answering line , that will lead you to different people that do not work there. The web page needs to be completely updated and The Computers inside the building when they work do not have WORD in order to present a resume to employers. WIFI works when it wants to. Otherwise someone with REAL WORLD Experience Can come to Midland TX. and Create an Non - Profit Organization Worthy of THE PEOPLE and be IMPRESSED with their ACCOMPLISHMENTS....

Not being treated professionally. Being yelled at by a staff member for no legitimate reason. Some staff members sure act very childish in their demeanor.
