The staff at Wellbridge gave exceptional care to my 81 year old Dad. The care team balanced his medications and he is full of cooperation and Hope! Social Worker Laurie and Nurses Amy & Camille kept me updated with his progress. If you’re trying to speak with a patient or staff, be Patient, you may need to call multiple times as they are providing care for your Loved ones… My Dad comes home today 🥳

I was here for a week. The reviews are right . The doctors spend maybe 5 minutes with you. They throw you on whatever meds they want. They over sedated a patient that was non violent. One patient was given cigarettes twice and went into seizures as a result. Inappropriate conversations between the staff. Staff was constantly on their phones. The two people that transported me on my discharge date were complaining about working there. I was given a copy not the original script for my Prozac which I can't have filled. I called for over 3 hours yesterday to try and get it handled and I was eventually told they can't call in my script asked if I had the fax number for cvs and they'd call me back in an hour. Never happened im going on 3 days without meds. Not okay. I also had another patients files in my discharge folder. Patient confidentiality is zilch. One of the patients read my file one of the staff left unattended and she spoke loudly some of the information which was uncalled for. The attitudes of most the staff was concerning and non professional. This place is not a rehabilitating when it comes to hearing the patients, there is no separation from patients needing more intensive care than the others. I felt unsafe being around the violent patients.

These people don’t care about the patient! No person called me about my son’s medication. When I asked to speak to the nurse! All was said was ,”oh! They are on the same meds they were taking.” The nurse was very incompetent and barely spoke coherently! Asked several questions and the reply was, there about the same. Asked that Dr call me about the meds, not 1 call. Then he was released and we could not get the meds, he was so loopy he walked out in front of a car and didn’t realize it!! He would have gotten hit if they had been driving fast. Called the clinic because medication had to pre authorized, they called in another med he was taken off of (because he had a bad side effect) and it had to be pre authorized. But still no Dr call, no one call about his condition, medication or wellbeing!! Worst place ever don’t take your loved one to this clinic!! If you love them don’t!!!

This is an unacceptable way to treat human beings. They treat you more like an inmate or an animal. There's no structural scheduling for the patient, the Dr. Talks to you less than a minute, the techs sit on their phone all day, they mix male and female patients. The staff is inappropriate with the females, they barely feed people, mix up medicine, fail to clean up, allow people to bully one another, take great liberty with violence and shots, if you get hurt they don't care, and allow you to drink water every 2 hours, rude, unprofessional, this lost could go on...what a place for wellness ....🥺 How is this a hospital? How are you still open? Already in touch with an attorney! Do not take your loved ones here.

Not sure what every one else is talking about...but every staff member has been amazing. I feel like they took really great care of me during my time of being really low. They made sure that I was on the right medication as well as making sure that my mental state was better than It was before discharging me. I WOULD recommend WellBridge Healthcare! ALL STAFF HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT AMAZING! Way to go WellBridge! 🌟

Cannot be reached by phone! Leaving a message and return phone number multiple times gets you no where!

BEWARE! The reviews you see for this place are accurate. Shame on me for not taking them to heart before taking my 83yr old father in for treatment. It was completely voluntary, and he is not a threat to anyone. I was told I could pick him up anytime when I admitted him on Saturday evening. I was not given a lot of info when I dropped him off, but was told i could call the number anytime and reach their staff. WRONG! I finally got someone to answer this morning after trying to over 48 hours. I told them I wanted to come pick up my father and take him home, but was told minutes ago that it was up to the doctor whether he could leave. If the doctor did not agree, they will go to court to get him admitted involuntarily. I AM NOT KIDDING!!! This place does not have fulltime doctors or counselors. He has seen the psychiatrist twice for a total of less than 10 minutes. If I do not get a satisfactory response from WellBridge in the next few hours I will be going to the site and calling the police/sheriff to help sort it out. This is an unbelievable situation, and others have gone through the same thing. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!! This is a "money grab" for the psychiatrists that OWN the place.

I wish I would've read the reviews before I agreed to send my wife here. What part of inappropriate touching and handling does this company not understand? I did not realize they mixed the Females and the males in the same building and be amongst each other. My wife was vulnerable and was afraid! A patient of theirs is inappropriately touching her where he should not have been touching her whatsoever! They allowed this until i found out and coincidentally this gang member got kicked out the next day. Of which, if anyone is reading this. If there is a good lawyer, please send me his number. I am currently searching for one now.
