I make a appointment for my son having autism sign with a doctor referral.they canceled my appointment saying doctor is not available.and they say their is no any open appointment with in 90 days.

Okay services, just make sure the provider you are seeing is in your health insurance network. I wasn't offered a choice and wasn't aware that the different providers were covered under different insurances. Got blind sided by the bills all at once.

The providers are a joke. Condescending and lazy and uneducated

Run! If you are like many others, desperate and scrambling for mental health care amongst a broken system... Don't stop here.Either give up looking,or don't bother here. The providers are cocky and condescending, I have had engagements with several in this practice and it appears to be the culture of this institution. The office manager is decent enough but just makes excuses for their actions and has no help to offer.There is no regard for mental health, and they actually exacerbate conditions. They take a bad situation and turn it into worst then deplorable. Is a reason they have openings and no where else does.....

It's disgusting and unfortunate that Philhaven won't accept people who's pcp is not with Wellspan. That just sounds illegal or should be!!!!! I quess they would rather have people hit rock bottom!!! Absolutely unfair!!! But that's Wellspan for you!!!!!!

I truly wish I could negative stars. This is by far one of the most unprofessional places I've had the misfortune of dealing with. While trying to get my child treated they were very complacent about everything. Trying to schedule anything is a joke. Dr. Dolena's receptionist never returned a call to the multiple messages left. Thankfully receptionist at our PCP's office was kind enough to reach out to help get my child scheduled, but that wasn't her job. Our cardiologist, and psychologist who were currently treating my child both tried to contact Dr. Dolena's office neither of them were given a phone call back. The only thing they were prompt on was making sure they billed us. Don't waste your time, or your money because I promise that's all this office will do. So disappointing since they're supposed to be helping children.

Don't waste your time if your primary care physician isn't within wellspan. Their "policy" is now that if you don't switch to a PCP within WellSpan they "don't have anything available". They put money well above the care and mental well-being of the people they say they take care of. Absolutely disgraceful. Disgusting. Whomever made that decision, you should be ashamed.

When I was 14 I saw Dr. Dolena solely for my medication. Me and my mom were new to this and didn’t know what was inappropriate or unprofessional. I was excited to maybe get help before it got worse. I told this man that I was suicidal. He said he didn’t believe me and I was over exaggerating how I felt. At the end my mom came in to ask a question and he hurried us out of the room. I want so badly to warn parents the your child doesn’t know the difference between a good dr or not. I was hospitalized 4 times over the two years following that. I’ve refused to see any other dr. I’m now 19. I’m afraid to get help because of one bad experience. His actions had consequences but he didn’t have to face them. I was scared people wouldn’t believe me but I hope at least one person will even though it’s probably too late.
