From staff professionalism to the girls behind the counter . They are very rude you ask question the answers are constantly I don’t know . They are never on time A for appointment. You ask if there’s any delay and your just reminded of the time instead of the questions being answered stop hiring young people that have no patient mannerisms

Parking is awful. There is no handicap parking in the Westside Family section. I thought that was a requirement. Doctors and nurses are great.

We've been going for years. This year has been the worst. This is the second time this year they have failed to fill out FMLA forms in a timely manner. I got denied FMLA in January because they never completed or sent the forms back. No matter how many times I call, I never get a return call. Even though I love the nurses and front desk, I'm done, we're talking about my job.

I'm tired of this clinic, those who hold one's papers are useless. And those who are dismayed by the llamas have not helped either since May, so I have my health records and we are in September. They lost that role. In July Mescalron my blood was sent for something else when and they just say I'm sorry. 4 errors. No. I see Q. really treat the patient well the direct is failing

The answering service is HORRIBLE!!! I’m not sure if it’s a total lack of understanding or what!!!! They told me a form had been completed that had NOT BEEN COMPLETED. I went all the way to the office just to be told that the form was never completed. Never mind the fact that I dropped the form off TWO WEEKS AGO!!!! The doctor wrote a letter in his behalf but the coach wouldn’t take it….says the form is required by law and the doctor should know that! And now, my son may not be able to tryout for the basketball team at his school because I couldn’t get a form filled out that I dropped off 2 weeks ago. I am BEYOND upset! People don’t care about other people anymore……it’s either that OR the business practices overwork their employees so much that they don’t have any energy to spare for the patients that need them to be on point.
