Have always gotten great care here
Willamette Valley Medical Center continues to fall short on quality care. If I had any say - my mother in law wouldn't have been sent there in the first place. They are only interested in getting patients out as fast as possible with no regard to their safety or health conditions.
I received the best care from every care provider from CNA's, nurses and doctors. My room was mopped and cleaned daily. For having a scarry health emergency, my care plan went extremely smooth and I couldn't be happier

Willamette Valley Medical Center, a for-profit hospital, demonstrates a concerning pattern of prioritizing bed turnover and revenue considerations over patient safety. Patients who are not medically or functionally able to care for themselves are discharged into unsafe situations without adequate discharge planning. This is particularly evident on weekends, when social work and case management resources are unavailable or not offered. When families question the safety or appropriateness of a discharge, staff respond with threats or insinuations of elder abuse rather than providing clarification or support. These practices raise serious concerns regarding patient safety, continuity of care, and ethical discharge standards.
I cannot say enough nice things about this hospital! They have went over and above in the radiology department and have been absolutely gentle and kind. I really appreciate how great the people that work here are ! Thank you again for really caring and being there for me !
Fast intake at ER. Admitted to hospital. Nurses and CNA’s were nice and efficient except one. Didn’t always get the right pills. Food was good,
