In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.

never thought a military hospital would be the most unprofessional & and worst hospital i ever stepped foot in , nurses are VERY rude throw things at patients, call them names , most of the higher ups there are just there for a power trip it seems like. 0/10

I can't begin to describe how bad this place is. It's free and it's still not worth it. Once you leave active duty, nobody cares about you anymore
I mean it’s a federal hospital what do you expect. It’s okay. Some nurses are the kindest people ever. Some are the complete opposite. Here they reach equilibrium. Just an okay experience.
Whoever was working the food service call line on thanksgiving at 1700, her (her name was June*) customer service is trash. Definitely shouldn't be the one taking orders from patients who has been admitted into the hospital. Angela who took orders earlier in the day is amazing.
The surgical team here is amazing! I was surprised how professional jovial and funny they were at 6:00 in the morning. Thank you Mel for all your help.
This is the most unprofessional medical center I’ve ever experienced. I had two pleasant interactions in this midst of a medical emergency spanning over 4 days & that was with my primary physician and the women at the lab window. That’s it. Everything/Everyone else has been a mess, sloppy, giving unclear communication and lack of trust that I have for people who are supposed to be professionals and providing care. Majority of the receptionist barely look up from their phones to greet or check you in it’s literally a disgrace when patients are treated like that especially when it’s their first visit like mine !! All I wanted was a referral to seek attention else where & they proved exactly why that was the best decision for me with each encounter I have.
