I had a very positive experience with Britelife. Their drug and mental health program provides a supportive and structured environment for people who truly want to work on their recovery and well-being. The staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping each person succeed. One of the things that stood out most to me was how they address both substance use and mental health together. This approach made the program feel more complete and effective, since many people struggle with both at the same time. The counselors take the time to listen, offer guidance, and help create realistic goals for recovery. The program also encourages personal growth, accountability, and building healthier habits. Whether through counseling, group sessions, or individual support, Britelife creates a space where people can feel understood rather than judged. Overall, I would recommend Britelife to anyone who is looking for a program that focuses on real recovery and mental wellness. They provide the tools, support, and encouragement needed to start moving forward in a healthier direction.

This place saved my life!!! Absolutely the best staff to work with! Amazing how much Britelife cares not just while in rehab but after getting out they have been a huge part of my support group. I really can’t thank everyone enough. Thanks for helping me change my life and giving my kids their father back! We are truly forever grateful!!!!!!

I was scared to be away from home. When Jamel came and picked me up he was amazing, and made the 3 hour drive safe and felt so comfortable. When I arrived it was a long process, but enjoyed the dinner. The food is totally amazing especially the lead chef Joe and Anthony. They say you down to talk about your allergies and your nutrition. The detox rooms were clean tv were on 24/7. The bed was not comfy and the pillows were not good. I had 2 roommate's that were friendly, and I felt right at home. I was 2 days without my clothing. The staff stated the reason being was because of the number of admissions. Honestly, that should not allow me to sit in my clothes I came with without change of undergarments for a day in half. The food was amazing delicious gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The snacks were great. Now for the Nurses, this was a bad experience they were horrible. The best nurse that I had an amazing experience with are Jay, Camile, Dana, Sally and Sheri . I can’t thank those specific nurses for doing an amazing job. They were compassionate, empathetic and explained the whole process. Those are the only nurse I would deal with. The other nurses were nasty, and looked down on all of us didn’t hear our concerns, medication and if we developed sickness. One nurse was strutting her self around all patients in the dining area. She was throwing herself on all the make clients and I waited 30 min for my meds because she was talking to clients. It was so disgusting and disrespectful. The BHT were so helpful and friendly. Constant smiles. Jamel, Jeffrey, Jenn, ally, Skyler, Austin, Jordan, Mary and London.They were always there to help and answered all my concerns. The amenities that were available the art room, yoga, gym and meditation were helpful in my growth and recovery. All staff from housekeeping, Management, case management staff and transportation staff. I would definitely recommend this facility for Mental Health or Substance abuse. They work with you to the best of there abilities and your Financial situations. I also would like to mention the unbelievable therapist especially David and Diana. All are amazing but I can’t stress enough how beautiful they both are , kind and compassionate and they kill it in groups. Group therapy is a lot at end of day, but helps in so many aspects of your mental health. They helped realize who I really was and how to love myself again.

My experience with brite life has been amazing! The whole staff have been amazing in helping me through my journey! It would take me forever to shout out all the people, I've had a bunch of amazing personal experiences Lauren's alumni group of people are great dave the therapist is absolutely amazing he is so impressive he an an amazing human

This was my third treatment center. By far was the best one I went too. Can not say how much I am thankful for for this recovery center. The rooms are very nice and clean. The food is top notch! Nursing staff is great and caring. The classes are very informative and I learned alot and counselors are very friendly and knowledgeable. My therapist was great with helping me work though my problems. Case managers are very helpful to help you with FMLA and short term disability and after care among other things. Would highly recommend BRITELIFE Rrecovery!!

The day I said I needed help I reached out to Brite life and it has changed my life forever I’m so grateful for Lauren ( Alumni coordinator) and Shannon . I couldn’t have asked for a better support system

Incredible staff, great environment and this isn’t a community, it’s family. Bailey was great to work with, Lauren and the rest of the staff are very informative and supportive.

My husband had an amazing experience here! Everyone from admissions to nursing to the counselors helped us immensely to get him accepted into the program and they were there to support me and him every step of the way, before during and after treatment. Thank you SO MUCH for everything!!!
