Care Addiction Center

Overall rating 3.0 stars. The therapists here are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Their delivery is a bit off sometimes to patients and can be rude at times but isn't anything too terrible. However, from my personal experience there is a lack of professionalism that puts the patients treatment at risk. There was also a minor issue with my insurance which I made aware to the manager but the resolution was never communicated back to me. Overall, was a good experience and I'm glad I completed the program but I wouldn't recommend this facility to loved ones.

The administrations here is so rude and so are the therapists

When I first came to Care Addiction Center, I’ll be honest, I arrived pretty much kicking, screaming and non compliant. I was in a very dark place, but what I found was an organization filled with people who truly care from my counslers Alice and Tori, to my fellow Group members . From the moment I walked in, everyone was accepting, kind, and understanding. Even when circumstances were working against me, like my insurance trying to force me to go elsewhere despite the clear progress I was making, the staff never gave up on me. Matt, who is genuinely dedicated to helping people heal, reassured me not to worry and even offered me a scholarship to continue. His only concern was that I continued to get better. The compassion and support I experienced at Care made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful. The care addiction center is a Life changing, Life saving orginization.

A wonderful place filled with compassionate, professional and sincere supportive staff. A balanced and structured program that offers an excellent opportunity and experience for anyone interested and willing. A true place to call ‘home’. If you’re in need for this structure, I could not recommend this place enough - from the first phone call you will also feel that instant connection (I have heard this experience from several others as well). This was my first attempt at asking for help for my alcoholism after 5 decades of drinking. This program is excellent , the counselors are the best at explaining our disease and giving us the tools and knowledge to live a life of sobriety. The manager of Care Addiction is always their to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I definitely suggest this program if you are having issues with addiction to drugs or alcohol. They will sincerely help you and if I can do it there is definite hope for you. I must add the key to becoming sober is listen to the counselors , do what they ask of you and I promise you will be on the road to sobriety! And it is a wonderful feeling and life is awesome!

The one on one and letting us bond as a group to help each other is what makes this place feel like family. A family we all need at this time.

The owner and clinical director Matt Goff lives up to and exceeds the name "CARE." He is a genuinely great guy and will do everything he can to accommodate you and make sure you succeed. Matt has also built a fantastic team of therapists, Tori and Alice are very well informed and experienced, both helped me in more ways than I can communicate.
