Care Addiction Center, located in a suburban city in the greater Chicago metropolitan area, treats adults and families facing substance use disorders. They provide professional, 12-step based care in an outpatient setting, which means clients live at home while attending treatment. The center focuses on helping people recover from drug and alcohol misuse through various counseling services. To make treatment accessible, they offer services both in-person at their Geneva location and remotely through online telehealth appointments. Main Treatment Programs The center designs its primary programs around flexibility. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a structured schedule, with clients meeting for group therapy several times a week. The regular Outpatient Program (OP) is less frequent and often focuses on one-on-one counseling. Both programs help individuals develop coping skills, understand the roots of their addiction, and build a sober support system while managing their daily responsibilities like work or school. Building a Life in Recovery Care Addiction Center also provides specialized counseling for individuals and families, helping everyone heal from addiction’s impact. After finishing a program, clients can join the Aftercare Program, which provides continued weekly support to maintain sobriety and prevent relapse. An Alumni Program also helps graduates stay connected to a positive community. The center also handles DUI evaluations and state-required risk education classes.
