Some of the most incompetent staff I’ve ever had to deal with. I got some test results done and they said they would call me next week - two months later I had to go to the office and deal with an extremely rude receptionist to get them and it was like pulling teeth to get them to give me my test results. Neither the receptionist, the nurses, the doctors, or the clinic director have any clue what’s going on. I’ve tried to cancel appointments and they claim that they have canceled it for me, but when the appointment date comes, they say they have no record of me calling and canceling and then they try to bill me for a missed appointment. Do not go here. You will not get proper care. This whole practice is one giant profit scam.

This clinic offers very poor service. You make an appointment, and when you arrive, they tell you they don't have any appointments scheduled. They don't see you because they're already full. They send you to another clinic. Plus, when you call, they take 45 minutes to answer, and they don't answer at all. Terrible place.

Literally a waste of time and money

This place is ridiculous! I get the complete runaround trying to get a prescription refilled. First of all they called me about a prescription refill saying I need to see the doctor again. Okay. The nearest appointment is a week and a half away. I called one of my pharmacy and no refill has been sent. Call them again and have to wait forever for someone to pick up and the phone cuts you off at 10 mins. Finally get ahold of someone and they put in a request to my doctor for a refill. Call my pharmacy later Nd nothing again. This is a health clinic, service should not be this poor. People NEED their meds but to me this clinic is just dangerous. No follow up, no response to request. I called another clinic asking g for the corporate number to voice a complaint and the number that I called is out of service. Do not trust your health with this clinic.

Staff just talk down onto you if you don't have health insurance and will treat you like a liar if you don't carry documentation for your allergy on-hand.

Echoing what a lot of other comments have said, the wait times for this clinic can be 20-30 minutes past your appointment time. Billing department is extremely slow. Otherwise, I haven’t had any problems. Clinic is clean, staff are personable and professional.

Please answer the phone
