CLARE Matrix Womens Treatment Program

I was originally Really pleased with how I was treated with Monique and she made the effort to reach out to me every week to see where it was at and to help me get through the transfer from Orange county to LA I called this morning to see if there was any spots available because that was a suggestion was to call and make sure every day until I can get in and after I told the male gentleman that I spoke with that I had overdosed the night before he didn't seem to care one bit and just told me to have a blessed day He proceeded to tell me that there's no way for him to know when there is the calendar schedule available to start making appointments so it's up to me to call every30 minutes and to be honest with you I just want to live and it seems like some people should not be working with people who are fighting to live I've never felt so disregarded and treated like a piece of garbage whose life doesn't matter Thanks a lot to whoever answered at 830 this morning

Saving lives! Suit up show up and Clare matrix will take care of the rest. The staff the nurses the routine checks on the patient Clare Matrix is the most well rounded for inpatient and aftercare treatment center in LA in my opinion. You can walk in on the worst day of your life and get well taken care of these people care. The staff is awesome and the food is great! Clare will give you all the tools to start your new journey in recovery. Hold on to your seat.

I was discharged today short of 18 days of completing my 90 days of treatment which puts my possibility of reunification with my children in jeopardy because I refused to share a room with a trans man. I expressed to the counselors that due to my trauma with DV I didn't feel safe with this individual in my room. The counselor along with Mary who is the director of the women's program will not take into consideration your well being. They do not care about the clients recovery. They triggered my trauma and became personally attached. They create an unsafe and anxiety filled environment. I would but recommend anyone to use this facility. If you are legally referred to this facility demand reconsideration.

I am an alumna from the C.L.A.R.E. Foundation. I must say my experience was life changing. I take a CA panel into the center every 3rd Saturday of the month.

I can't find my review. This place scared me off of getting help. They were mean, demoralizing, cruel and heartless(If you consider ignoring me and insulting me all at the same time, heartless). If you need help this is the last place to go and the man who is dark skinned, tall, with glasses? I'm not sure of his name but he was the worst of them all and needs to be fired.

Lied on me said I tested for alcohol inside of the treatment when I literally had 3 days left to graduate just cause I woke up late or was late to group twice since I been there they don’t like blacks don’t go here

I was a client of Clare Matrix being with my detox, in-patient treatment , intensive outpatient (IOP) and Recovery Bridge Housing (RBH) . I’ve been sober for over a year now and I’m grateful and thankful for the level care I received from each program.
