Unprofessional. I made an appointment on their website Wednesday afternoon for a Thursday morning appointment at 10:15. I showed up at 9:55a and they said they didn’t notice my appointment and the “therapist” isn’t there at the moment. Wasted my morning as I moved things around for the appointment. They claimed they re-shuffled office staff recently and that was the reason for the mix up. This place can’t even book basic appointments. Should change the name to Unconscious.
