“Reconnect families and save lives every day.”
Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) falls between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services, with therapy and skills-building activities designed to support recovery and provide flexibility. IOP is ideal for those needing support but not the 24/7 care of a residential facility.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Our son spent a little over a month at this residential facility, and the impact it has had on our family has been transformative. From day one, we were met with a level of care and support that immediately put us at ease. The staff at the facility are skilled and deeply committed to the well-being of each individual. We were especially grateful to work with Romena. She helped all of us as a family communicate more openly and become better equipped to move forward with hope. The house manager, Michael, the educational team (Nolan and Scott) and Dr. Khan each deserve their own praise as well. They’ve created a safe, structured environment to ensure our son was supported. It was clear they genuinely cared. We’re incredibly thankful for this experience and would recommend this facility to any family in need of a supportive, expert-guided path forward.

I was at the Ladrillo house for about 5 weeks and it sucked. Most of the staff made it clear that they didnt care about the patients, my Therapist, Adam didnt talk to me about anything, and i didnt get better at all. It was very clear that my therapist was very new and did not know what he was doing at all. Do not send your kid here, I had to go back to a different residential 2 weeks after i left this one.

It’s not the greatest residential. My child loved the mentors but the doctor, therapist and billing is not the greatest. One day I had a family therapy section for 30 minutes to be honest it was silenced. If you’re a therapist you should know how to process a family therapy section. Rules are really not enforced. After bringing it to the director of the program attentions they seemed to try to enforce the protocols for the residential. Doctor emailed me in regards of my child’s medication to get it changed and 9 days went by until I read that email! I would expect from a doctor if the mother of my patient doesn’t reply maybe she doesn’t expect the communication through an email maybe I should call her! It’s a patient having serious mental health problems! Also, be prepared to have your loved one in and out of mental hospitals because Destinations for Teens therapist call every time your loved one brings up the thoughts. According to a different residential the therapist knows your loved is in the residential for those reasons if the teen is not in complete act to the thoughts they shouldn’t be calling the crisis team. I feel like destinations for teens needs training they are incompetent to these hard times for your loved ones. I would try a different residential it was NO help to my child and they are FAST to call and let me know I have a balance! In fact I feel like the balance was brought to my attention faster than the call from the doctor changing the medications for my daughter. Within a week or less I received a call for balance. For the change of my child's medication never did I get a call and my kiddo had problems sleeping and medications wasn’t even working for my kiddo. To top it off therapist called CPS on me and notified me and never gave me the reason why he called CPS. I talked to CPS and she told me you are a great mom you seem to be trying to help your kiddo in whatever way you can and therapist should’ve told you why he called us. CPS stated I am going to tell you reason why o was called and I don’t see why therapist didn’t. After talking to my kids and me she said I’m dismissing your case wish you the best. That’s how incompetent Destinations for teens is and I haven’t heard the greatest from Destinations at all. Think TWICE before sending your child here. It’s a hard decision because I did my research and I still didn’t make the greatest decision.

This is a terrible treatment center. This place did nothing more than almost break our family apart. They only wasted our time from getting g a real diagnosis for her mental health.

I would look around for other options. Frankly, it feels more like a conveyor belt for profit with insurance companies. The same resources for parents on a loop with nobody really talking to each other between teams or with their parents. Nobody will reach out to you unless money is involved and then you will hear from them ASAP. We were unceremoniously discharged with no care to whether or not there was an active care plan in place. Staff overturns consistently and without notice. The kids also leave there with no take away materials to refer back to in the days after treatment. For that kind of money investment you should come away with a lot more. It’s really not hard to stand behind the kids and their families and to offer resources even after they leave.

I am Nikki shafran. I am done staying quite. This place is abusive and everyone should know that. From a kid that really went there and experienced it first hand please do not send your kids here. They will come back so traumatized. Regardless of how your relationship with your kid is, no one deserves this. Send them absolutely anywhere else. Dan, Nicole, Candace, Britney, Clara, and Liz, you all owe me an apology. You are all very unprofessional and should not be near children. You know what you did. Do better !

UPDATE…. PHP was a joke, so called chef made meals were microwave frozen corn dogs etc.. No outdoor activity and my child did no school work what so ever . Eventually they moved her to residential which we felt better about because they had a pool and supposively outings. Website photos of the place were amazing! BUT the real deal was shocking! My child didn’t last a week there as there was snotty boogers wiped all over her bedroom wall from the last tenet that Destinations never cleaned off! They were cockroach infested, and had to leave the premises to fumigate and never told the parents, then upon their return dead cockroaches were everywhere and the kids had to sweep them up! The washing machine didn’t work right and so doing laundry there was a hassle , once again the food is not chef made… Absolutely no proper psychiatrist or therapist evaluation. My child was there due to mood disorders and impulsive behavior which was never ever addressed! She took off after being there 6 days I wish we would have listened to her , as she was sobbing to come home telling us all of these horrible things but we didn’t believe her. She came home worse than ever! We ended up paying out of pocket for private psychiatrist and therapist hell with insurance and the horrible places we had to deals it’s ! Thank God she is 100 times better and on proper meds and finally diagnosed !!!! Save your child and don’t send them here!! Just BEWARE….Exactly as some folks complained about…. But not having anything to hide I wasn’t worried… BUT First day child was there she complained of being hit, and instead of contacting us to at least say hey this is what your daughter is reporting and it’s our duty to report it so want you to know. But nope instead cops came pounding on my door at 10pm that night throwing all sorts of accusations !! Beware!! These teens are mentally unstable on drugs and have a history of all sorts of stuff including lies lies lies and as a parent I try to get help for my child and admit them to this place for this very reason and they do that to us! First day and I am so very disappointed and angry. So unprofessional .. keeping teen there regardless in hopes she will get the help she needs but this was a huge disappointment . SECOND DAY IN CHILD SERVICES CAME POUNDING ON MY DOOR!! unbelievable !
