Intensive Outpatient Program, Outpatient

Creekview Counseling, located along the Texas Coastal Bend, offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults struggling with substance use and addiction. The program is held 4 days a week. In addition to group therapy, participants receive weekly individual counseling sessions with their primary therapist. Program Topics Creekview’s IOP topics cover relapse prevention, meditation and mindfulness, developing health boundaries, family support, self-care, recovery planning, and more. The program is rooted in 12-step philosophy.
