Programming typically lasts between 30-45 days and serves up to six clients at a time. Services include individualized treatment plans, frequent daily group therapy sessions, three individual therapy sessions per week, and two family therapy sessions weekly. The clinical model uses evidence-based modalities like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), plus experiential therapies such as art, music, equine therapy, surfing, yoga, and hiking.
