Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.

Just rude staff all around, every single one of them is rude, from the EMT’s to the customer service workers to the nurses. You can receive literally no treatment and still get a crazy high bill, it’s also clear they’ll do anything to charge you more. They wanted to do blood work too after I was there for throwing up and I said “I’m scared of needles by the way!” and they said “oh okay we don’t have to do it then,” if I didn’t have that irrational fear, they would have saw it fit to poke and prod my body until I owed them my life’s earnings. Their customer service gets mad at you for simple questions and doesn’t help you in any case, it took over a month to get their financial assistance office to actually pick up just for them to be overly rude. Don’t waste your time here.
Used to be decent. Ever since Endeavor took over its absolutely terrible
Dr Joel Green was my doctor January 28,2026 His bedside manner is horrible I have a fractured rib that CAT SCAN CONFIRMED he says no it’s inconclusive, how is it inconclusive if they said it’s a fifth rib fracture? They pinpointed the exact rib, but anyways this guy refuses to look at me while he’s talking to me but before that he doesn’t even examine me. He just automatically stops my pain medication because he knew it was helping me he is very mean and pompous. If you all have to deal with him, please report him to patient advocate, please my name is ROCHANDA ROBERTSON and i am a victim of dr green room5981
I've been waiting for 6 hours in the emergency room. Someone else has been waiting for 8 hours. That's ridiculous! I know it's based on urgency, but at what point do non-urgent patients get seen? This is beyond ridiculous — waiting all day in an waiting room.

Natalie RN and pct Amy are taking care of my Grandmother in neurology. Their temperament is perfect for the unique challenge. They are kind, patient, gentle and also knowledgeable. On top of that Natalie is able to keep the energy light. Fantastic team
The absolute WORST. From being charged for a preventive annual physical that should be fully covered by insurance, to a $500 visit to my doctor's nurse for an EAR INFECTION, to ordering CT scans that I didn't need, to slow responses from doctors and inadequate, unprofessional nurses - SHAME ON NORTH SHORE/ENDEAVOR/WHATEVER THEY'RE CALLED NOW. ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE.
Dr. Joseph Raviv, of Endeavor Health, is a dangerous physician that performs unneeded operations on patients for additional insurance money. I visited him in 2014, and all I needed was endoscopic sinus surgery (where the surgeon widens the sinus passages to create better drainage). However, when I was sedated, he threw in an unnecessary septoplasty that severely narrowed the right side of my nasal airway. For people reading this, I have included x-ray images of the inside of my nose, before and after my surgery with him (IMAGES ARE ON RAVIV'S YELP PROFILE. I can't post them here). As you can see from these images, my nasal airway was equally open on both sides, before surgery, and the septoplasty didn't need to be done. By performing it, he cut off airflow on the right side of my nose. He performed this unnecessary surgery to collect that additional insurance money. Furthermore, when I later contacted him, and told him that my breathing was worse, and I suspected it was a problem with my septum, he told me that he wouldn't be able to perform the revision septoplasty (make the septum the same alignment it was before surgery). Therefore, not only is he greedy, by performing unnecessary surgeries, but he is incompetent, for not being able to fix his mistakes. This unnecessary surgery has caused me to suffer for 11 years. Since I can't really breathe out of my nose, I don't sleep well at night. I am then exhausted all day, not able to function well, and there is nothing that can be done to fix it. I have lost friends, and jobs over the years, and I am not able to pursue some of the career goals that I wanted to when I was younger. The only reason I can't sue him is that my statute of limitations for medical malpractice has expired. In addition, he is also a coward. As soon as I started talking about my negative experience online, instead of apologizing or trying to remedy the situation, Raviv hired a lawyer (who now, ironically, works as the head of Northshore Legal affairs). This lawyer sent me a cookie cutter "Cease and Desist", informing me that I would be "sued" if I didn't stop talking about my experience. That was 7 years ago, and I haven't stopped anything. When that didn't work, he went to the Northbrook Police Department, hoping they would scare me into not sharing my story. That was now 5 years ago. Well guess what, I am not going to stop talking. I am going to keep spreading the word until everyone connected to Northshore knows about this. This doctor absolutely devastated my life, and the hospital did nothing about it.
