All of the Guadenzia House people forgot the official term, Anyways they are good hearted , wise minded and very caring Staff ! They showed me much needed tough love , Accepted me with open arms and well even though I left there twice , They are still reaching there hand out for me to grab on to but I have to do the work this time and stick around for things to happen and change

I just called back to let the staff and the recovering team the meetings the people that are there the staff that cares. Was the only thing holding me together. I thought it was 100%. I was not it was the positive energy coming from the entire building in all of the staff and all of the group. When I left that energy slowly faded, thank you to the loving caring people that help me get my life back. Thank you for sending that positive energy all the way back to Philly for me again felt really nice. Maybe I should have called earlier. Positive flowing through that building is immense. Don't forget these words when you leave you will feel a difference. Remember the good people were the ones giving you all of their energy. When you leave you better find another source or call them and send them an update send them some love so they can recharge your batteries again. Love Bogan Family

Not good for alcohol detox. They do nothing like they said they would. You sat in your room by yourself and had group meetings. It was more like daycare with some anxiety pills.

One of the only businesses I know that does not track their success rate. Or if they do they don't want the public to know that less than 5% of the people that attend this treatment facility are still clean six months later. Behavior modification is an antiquated process with little success. And definitely do not believe the staff when they tell you they will do their best to keep you comfortable during withdrawal because that is an outright lie. If you give them the keys to your vehicle or your ID they will make you wait days before they give it back if you want to leave. The director himself when I confronted him about that he said to me what do you want a horse tranquilizer? Now that's a professional concerned about his clients!

Thank you so much to all the staff there. They made my detox and rehab so much better than I thought. They literally saved my life and my family.
