This place really changed my life and got me back on track. The staff were kind, caring, and truly did their best to help everyone. I want to give a special shout out to my therapist, Tony; he really understands what I needed, and without his support, I wouldn't be where I am today. I also want to thank Shelby, Jerry, Bri, and Christian, along with the incredible team, including Dr. Smith. I appreciate all of you—pH, Colleen, Denis, and of course, Mother Goose. I would definitely recommend this place—10 out of 10! Love you guys, and thanks for never giving up on me. One last shout out to Nurse Bella, Kim, and Emma; I didn't forget you either, Sandy. I hope you're all doing well. Thanks for everything—you are all unforgettable!

I was in Reliant Unit. Please note that it's a whole facility to consider and there's many different sections/Units. As for Reliant the staff was extraordinary. Once you get past the whole I just want out of here and focus on yourself getting better, you see the beauty of the facility. The staff, food and overall care is great. I will note that there are many things that need fixed or changed. 1. Phones Phone times are often at bad times and it seems to be getting worse. The phones are whisper quiet, and as I have hearing aids it was awful. I had one hearing aid turned all the way up and the other turned off and was still unsuccessful in proper communication. I had to repeatedly request to use the nurses station facility phones and after 4 days was finally granted access by a supervisor. However, it wasn't permanent access, it was just for that occasion. In order to use the phone again I had to notify the nurses when I would want to call, and they would have to get clearance AGAIN. Phone times would overlap horribly. For example, a phone time of the Reliant Unit is 11-12, but Lunch is at 11:20 so you'd have to decide whether you would go to lunch or call someone. You could make a quick call and go to lunch. If you didn't go to lunch they would bring you back a meal but it's not the same as going and choosing what you eat as well as getting another sitting. Also, when I was leaving there was talk of eliminating 2 sets of phone times, 3-4:20 pm, and 9-10 pm. I won't know if this is implemented of course though. The phones are literally jail phones. The length of cord is like a foot, not even... It's frustrating to use on top of the whisper quiet problem. 2. Groups While groups are effective there was many repeat groups which doesn't hold the same effect as the first time. Yes, I do understand that there are new people cycling in practically everyday but it felt annoying. 3. Rooms The rooms are very clean. Each room has their own shower and 2 beds, for you and a roommate. However, the shower don't drain right and fill up on you while showering. The beds are jail mattresses. They do "Environmental Safety Checks" (ESC), which are essentially room checks. Which is good to do on a suicide watch unit.. but it feels invasive and is annoying to go back to your room to find stuff moved or missing. Gonna end this now since I just realized that I don't have my hearing aid charger... Which obviously is a MAJOR PROBLEM!

There was an incident that put everyone who is already on edge extremely uncomfortable. The person should have been removed immediately from that ward. The nurses could only do so much so someone higher up should have done something. That was absolutely unacceptable. We were/are there for help and safety and we all were feeling very unsafe . We looked out for each other. We realized he needed help too but he should not have been in that unit. The nurses and those who led the groups were wonderful. Nolan and Sandy were my favorite group leaders. Please resolve the issue we had and don’t allow it to happen again. I can only give limited info because of HIPPA. I left on September 12/25 and the problem wasn’t resolved. The place was clean and the food was pretty good.

My girlfriend went there voluntarily to get off the lithium and when she wanted to sign out after 3 weeks they INVOLUNTARY 302 HE FOR NO REASON Staff are very disrespectful and rude they treat the patients like inmates restricted phone calls disrespectful and rude to guest and patients THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN intact inmates get treated better then the patients trying to get help I'm looking into a lawyer right now I'd give it negative 10 stars if I could

I so agree with Miss Wesolowski I had a similar issue. One security person and the supervisor were rude and disrespectful people I had to deal with and her supervisor is not much better. The people should show more kindness. I was finally ask by the supervisor to leave because they didn't know what a waiting room is used for and what I tried to explain. I was finally asked to leave. She also kept asking me who I wanted to see. I did not tell her since I was asked to leave "which did not make her happy." I wish I could explain more in detail.

If I could rate this a zero I would. What an awful experience, I was treated like a prisoner when I was the one who brought myself in.

Don’t expect to know anything about your loved one’s care don’t expect to help make a the care plan when they want to leave don’t expect anything from this horrible facility they didn’t call me for five days as my wife was in there and I had a newborn I called and went there every day to learn nothing had nobody call me till I called freaking out. They told my wife they do not have a care plan for her because she didn’t want to be put on meds one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life and Chris graffi has avoided my calls and requests for a meeting to address the situation they cost me thousands while trying to make sure my wife got good care and have had no response to the situation but a letter saying sorry and they will address it with the staff it’s amazing how much they could milk your insurance your well-being is not their concern The money they make off of you is They left me at home without knowing anything with a newborn, straining the relationship between me and my wife, even worse
