Warning!!!!!! My Hudson was at this place he was promised a 10 detox off of Suboxone he was there for 10 days did not missed a group and was half detoxed and they went behind him and called his and told them he needed more time and tried to make his stay 30day because they said he’s a manic paranoid With bipolar disorder the hole time and because he did not agree they and wanted to go home a place that would not let him bring his Own Vehicle had they had to pick him up from 2 hours away did not provide him a ride home and I can not drive so he had to pay $200 uber also he asked if he choose to leave it any time would they give him a ride home beforehand because one time at another facility they stranded him two hours away there I was only allowed to Make two supervised phone call in 10 days I really felt like that there was no transparency now he needs to go to his therapist of 2 years so he can go back 2 work. why What’s a Suboxone detox so difficult They try to make it into a rehab, not a detox that was not what I agreed upon or was told so. Be careful if you’re really just trying to detox off of a medicine because of the health conditions it’s causing your your body. They will send you all the way to rehab He has not used substances in years. He was using it for pain because he doesn’t want to be on Pain pills it He said it was the worst rehab in every rehab that he has ever been to. What are you doing? What are you doing?

We are very grateful for the care and support my husband received here. The staff was extremely responsive and took care of all the paperwork, which made an overwhelming process much easier for our family. For the first time in a long time, we truly feel like there is hope for him. Thank you for everything you do.

I returned in August and if needed will NEVER go there again. To get business taken care of was a nightmare! With the Care Coordinators, I literally had to chase mine down the hallway to get urgent things done as in ST Disability, Rent, etc. There are people with Mental Health Diagnosises and Substance Abuse issues that DO have important business in our personal lives that need assistance with since we can't have ready access to our phones. The staff are extremely nice but I needed better follow through and communication. They have on the schedule that a small therapy meets 3 times a week, it only met 2 times in 34 days. When I was there in June, i had 6 groups in 10 days and so conducive to my healing. Fratenizing was a huge issue and distraction. Reported by several people and nothing was done. We were told a rich family self paid for the girl so they has to turn a blind eye. Really?? I did love the 9a-12p group but the rest of the day's groups.. 1p-8p were disorganized and disruptive with no direction. I was stressed from day one thru my discharge.On discharge they did not get me an Uber to airport saying they kept canceling... 2 hours later the director took me and I missed my flight when they knew I had an important business meeting that day. AND they DID NOT give me a ticked just a handout, luckily airport staff printed my ticket. Thankfully , I'm in a great outpatient program now. This was so disheartening to me b.c in June I had a stellar experience. I see the impact in losing Sara and Vicki. You BOTH CHANGED MY LIFE! Forever grateful 🩷 I will say the RSS Staff are amazing and Chef Matt should be running the kitchen. The head chef is unapproachable and the food she served was below average. If you want treatment I'd stay away.

I would rate -10000000000000000. The worst place I have ever been in my whole life. Juvenile placement was better then this. I was told otp I’d be able to leave whenever I wanted too and I just wanted to come to detox. I was on vacation while I started withdrawing so when I came back I wanted to go to the er to detox which my friend talked me out of and told me to go to a detox center bc she had a great experience at one in Philly. Said she stayed for 5 days and has been clean since. My friend found me this place while I was on the airplane back to Pa. They completely lie on otp and tell you what you wanna hear just to get you here. Huge money grab. When I wanted to leave on my third day they kept avoiding me and hider in the office so they didn’t have to confront me. Wouldn’t give me my personal belongings back, told me I’d be leaving while it was medically safe and that’s why they didn’t give me my phone and wallet and things like that back. I had to run out the door to the nearest phone someone had and call the cops just to get my phone and wallet back from them which I did w police involved. Such a waste of time. Don’t let you call your family the first week and when you finally can it’s on speaker phone infront of someone and the moment you talk about leaving w someone otp they will instantly hang up your call. It’s like they kidnap you and try to keep you as long as possible and as long as the insurance will keep paying. I would’ve rather went to a local hospital to detox. Idk why otp they say you can leave whenever you want when that is not case at all

Do not go here. The inside staff is good. The company themselves are horrible.

Katrina was great, Jeff was great, food was somewhat ok. THEY TOOK AWAY THE SNACKS!!! Too many people not enough employees that is for sure. When I first got there the AC was broken in the middle of the summer on top of withdrawing. I’ve been to many rehabs & this was not a good one.
