Healthy Living, a detox and residential treatment program, is located in the beautiful city of Santa Clarita, California. Healthy Living offers treatment for alcohol and drug addictions, along with co-occurring mental health disorders. The 24/7 medically monitored detox program can last from 5 days to a few weeks. The residential treatment programs last about 60 days. They have specialized experience tailoring their programs for couples, professionals, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Treatment Therapies Healthy Living offers individual, couples, group, family, and experiential therapies. Twice per week, clients receive individual therapy sessions with a licensed therapist which may include cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). Daily 6-hour group therapy sessions may include psychoeducation, skills development, and CBT. Family therapy sessions are tailored to each individual’s family based on their needs. Experiential therapy sessions may include yoga, acupuncture, sound, art, music, and animal therapies. Center Details Healthy Living offers a safe and comfortable environment for residents. The home is pet friendly and residents can bring their dogs to treatment with them. Healthy Living also has dogs onsite for therapy. Clients have 3 nutritious meals per day. Their weekly routine includes nature walks and outdoor outings. Healthy Living can treat couples who are both in recovery.

As a not do proud connoisseur of over 100 rehabs I can confidently say this is one of the best ones ive been do. They let us have our phones(sick i know! 😎) and have a very nice facility. The food is good and the chef is a genuine italian so you know its smacking. They get you right on detox so you dont struggle and are very accommodating with client needs. They have an Xbox with 2k and other games and and pretty nice gym on sight. They have a lot of rooms so uou will most likely have your own room. Now onto the recovery stuff they have a lot of variety with the groups and they helped me learn a lot. To be fair there's a good amount of groups but they are pretty enjoyable and helpful. Emil the owner is a great guy who wants to see us succeed and bought me a vape when I didnt have one. Yes im broke dont remind me.💔 😢 They take us to plenty of off sight meetings and take us on our choice of outing every week. I was kind of asshole throughout my time here and wanted to leave and they worked with me to meet my needs and Im so glad I stayed. They allow dogs so if you got one your in luck. Overall if I do end up relapsing again I wouldnt think to go anywhere else.

I just left Healthy Living for a 3rd time, and feel a lil guilty that it’s taken until now to leave a review. I say guilty because of how well I was treated, and how much they care about their patients. I myself work in treatment (counselor) outpatient, have been in treatment many times and know enough to say that Healthy Living is a great program (a word I don't use often). From the nurse (sweetheart), to the counselors (great groups), to the techs (down to earth), to the therapists (that I continue to see outside of treatment), to Emil (Intake Coordinator), to the Director (Vardan). How grateful I am to you all! Love you! JR P.S. They made me feel like family.

This treatment center was great experience . I know for sure that I’ve gotten the most out of my journey here at healthy living. The staff is amazing. It’s like living at a five-star hotel they cater to your every needs mentally and physically they go above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed to be successful Thank you so much healthy living. Healthy Living is the best detox and residential program around , hands down . They have a solid team of professionals that actually care and are invested in turning a life around. They picked up as soon as I called , I was in treatment the following day . You get to keep your phone, therapy every week , I had my own room and my own private bathroom . All my needs and wants got fulfilled at Healthy Living , I highly recommend this program if you are willing to turn your life around , this is the place to do it . I had many options with the help of a counselor for my after care plan , very satisfied. This was my first experience at a treatment program. I was very nervous upon checking in and the staff were unbelievable! Sandy did my initial intake and from what I remember lol, she was SO patient and SO kind. I was initially going to stay just for a week to detox but I ended up staying the full 30 days and I’m so glad I did. The entire tech team and staff are amazing! Nick, Sandy, Jorge, and Sean were some of the most caring people I’ve met they made the entire experience that much better. The techs truly care about you and your well being. I was upset a few nights and both Sandy and Nick made sure I was okay and talked with me until I was better. Sahar the counselor checked in with me weekly and was very sweet. Barbara the nurse is so amazing and sweet! Emil was also incredible he got me a uber to the facility and helped me with my disability throughout my stay and always checked in to see how I was doing! Also he always brings his beautiful dog, Luna! I can’t recommend healthy living enough. Thank you for everything healthy living! P.S I discharged on oct 29th still sober and going strong haha!
