I thought I'd leave a review here. I used to have great mental health doctors here. I was with LCMH for 28 years. I suffer from severe anxiety due to severe ulcerative colitis. Gut-brain axis. I was prescribed anxiety meds for that 28 years and was doing fine. All the sudden, I get a new nurse practitioner, Nimat Akorde, in March 2020. She started cutting my dose down too fast and I became horribly ill. At first, she gave reasons like, 'you could drink alcohol, or take opioids and die'. I don't use either. Blatant lie. On our next visit, she told me that the DEA could take her license. So, I was gaslit and lied to concerning the real reason. Five years later I'm so messed up. I barely leave my house or sleep, let alone drive. I used to thrive, now I'm just a mess. She expected me to be off in 2 weeks! After 30 years? REALLY.

Long wait time on every visit to location. Receptionists always give attitude about basic information. My doctor is consistently dismissive but I was treated so unprofessionally over the phone just now that I had to leave my first bad review ever. Stay away if you can.

Missed my appointment due to phone breaking and cant get in for 2/3 weeks. Front desk said im not a current patient so I cant get refills on any of my medication. They aren't very friendly here and I can never get a call back. The service is half way decent if you don't ever miss an appointment.

Needing your help is demanding, so I know they are there. My issue is my inability to reach out and get help. This is difficult at best but, this staff is willing and able to help. Reach out.

HORRIBLE! Extremely unprofessional. They canceled my father in-law twice the day off with no disregard to a 70 year old man’s mental health. They do NOT care. Not recommended! ( 0 rating )

Not even in an undeveloped country has such disregard for its patients. It took 3 weeks to get someone to reply back. It is sad, really sad.

Staff is great if you can get to the the people who work the desk are horrible and really should be nicer

They are a great resource and very caring staff. Call them with your concerns and they respond. Mark Phister is an amazing biologist and person who has helped me in many occasions and is a great resource. During COVID they were amazing. They administered covid shots to thousands in an efficient and well run system at the fairgrounds. Great people who really care about your health, the county and globally conscious also!!
