Specialized Programs Malvern Behavioral Health offers 3 specialized programs, tailored to address specific mental health needs. The Lotus Program is a young adult mental health program for clients aged 18-26. This program addresses conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, and co-occurring substance use disorders while taking into consideration the stressors most commonly faced by this age group. The Wisteria Program caters to the needs of LGBTQ+ clients. This program addresses the psychological and emotional distress by examining how identifying as LGBTQ+ can impact one’s health and wellness in a society that is not accepting. This program is designed to be a safe and affirming space for healing. The Sage Program is a comprehensive mental health and co-occurring disorder program that uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, mindfulness and movement activities and relapse prevention counseling to help clients recover.
