This place is absolutely terrible.
The doctor is 95 years old. He Can’t hear you should’ve been retired long time ago. I’m sure he was a good doctor at some point but to use a Doctor who is 95 years old is absolute disrespectful to patients.
The nurse is absolutely imcompetent. She doesn’t know how to collect your blood. She displays incompetence before she even sticks a needle in you. She started talking about how she hopes that she can get into the vein Before she’s to collect blood, and she did mess it up and poked me in to the wrong place and three seconds later I was on the floor basically lost my consciousness. The most interesting thing is that they acted like nothing happened like it’s normal. Dr came in asked me if I was OK. I said I was OK even though I’ve started having seizures. My leg was violently shaking but who cares, this person is continuing to work there and I’m sure I wasn’t the first one and I’m not gonna be the last one.
The chairs in all of the offices looked like they’re 100 years old, Leather completely came off and it just looks like, something that they found on the street and drugged inside the facility.
I personally came into this place on my own accord. I don’t have any problems with the law. I was never misusing any drugs. It’s something that was using for severe pain that I had for ages?
Before I started the program, I told them specifically that I cannot be coming there for a month every day because I run my own business and I work long hours and I was told that we’re gonna do a quick induction and with in a week you’ll be given takehomes, yea, right, right about when I was supposed to get them new things started popping up. Oh now you have to sign the form that will allow us to talk to your doctor. Why the hell would I need you to talk to my family doctor where my kids go? Oh, it’s because you have a prescription that was prescribed to you by your doctor that we’re concerned about it’s none of your business. First of all my family doctor did not prescribe that to me. It was my psychiatric doctor who prescribed it to me for a fear of flying because when I fly on the business trips or anywhere else, I have panic attacks so I need that. second of all he knows what’s going on and he doesn’t need you to involve yourself in this with your wonderful expertise and 95-year-old doctor.
Plus, I specifically told them om my initial interview that this is what I use for a fear of flying and I never mix my medicines together
They ran my medical record without my permission twice.
Then they try to lure me in to sign the form which will release all of my information to them and when I told them, why do you need that? They said oh it’s just in case if you go up to 140 mg well I am at half that and I am not going up so that’s definitely a lie. I think they were just trying to cover their asses to explain why they were able to collect information without my permission.
But I even agreed to that when I showed up to sign the form nowhere on that form did it says that they can only do that when I go up to 140 mlgm luckily there is a good person working there. She told me to to write down on that form that they can only collect that information after I go up to a certain amount
My counselor has been wonderful this whole experience.
Actually both of them Alen and Andrea are good people. Unfortunate they have to do what their Director is telling them and the Director is a crook.
They make so much money from this facility but They’re too cheap to make this place look presentable and hire Normal nurses and other staff.
Obviously, I’m out of there and will never come back
