Mindful Health Solutions Stockton

My experiences with Mindful Health Solutions (Stockton) has been varied to say the least. I can say that Dr. Bulatovic is great. He listens and wants to help out as much as possible. The issue comes from the fast that their staff at this location is not doing their job properly. I had an issue getting my meds from the pharmacy because they needed MHS to send in authorization to my medical provider so that I could get my meds filled. I called MHS and they never sent in the authorization which I found out after getting tired of waiting. So I called my medical provider about it which I found out that they never sent in the authorization. After going back and forth between MHS, my and medical provider I finally got the perscription sent to my pharmacy. Now there is no stock for my persription from the supplier and i only have one more day left for my meds. If MHS would have done their job right the first time I wouldnt have had to spend so much time going back and forth and never even getting the meds I need. I am pretty sure I am going to leave MHS Stockton and go back to the Sacramento office. At least their staff actually cares and does their job.

I really enjoyed my visit. I feel like I found someone who can help me. I’ve been searching for a good psychiatrist for at least a decade. Highly recommend!

Dr. Oana Galicki is exceptional. She's supportive, suggests effective treatments, and genuinely cares about her patients. Accessible and gracious with her time, she's the best psychiatrist in the region. Her sense of humor and friendly demeanor make a real difference. Grateful beyond words.

The mission is no longer their priority to put the patient first. I had been going there for 3 years now.They are using the TMS chairs as ATM machines. Now under new management, a psychiatrist there told me their business practices are not reliable. He even recommended to find another psychiatrist that can provide TMS treatment. He could not guarantee that at I would at least get three sessions a week. They will cancel appointments with short notice, but they want you to pay $175 if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours. Perhaps some offices in other locations are able to provide better services. I would not recommend services in Wanut Creek, Stockton, or Sacramento unless they are your last option. To be seen as soon as possible I made an appointment with one of their new psychiatrists and they called me an hour before my appointment to say he referred me to another office. He assumed that it would better gor me to see another psychiatrist at a different office. He didn't even take the time to talk to me first. Maybe he should hear the patient out before making that type of assumption.
