Northwest Ketamine Clinics Seattle

I have been a client of NWKC for a few years now, and I am so grateful for the care and support I receive from the team. I feel valued and supported by the staff, and the treatment itself has improved my quality of life substantially.

I previously reviewed this clinic to flag to potential LGBT clients that, despite LGBT-friendly marketing, their only listed psychotherapy provider at the time had publicly documented affiliations with organizations known to oppose LGBT rights. I’m updating this review to note that this provider no longer appears affiliated with the clinic, and their currently listed provider is explicitly LGBTQIA+ affirming.

I had a positive and life changing experience here. All of the nurses were amazing, kind and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone.

If you’re LGBTQ+ and seeking affirming care, please proceed with caution. ⚠️ Despite the Northwest Ketamine Clinics’ 🌈 marketing, at least one of the clinic's psychotherapy providers is publicly affiliated with institutions that oppose LGBTQ rights. ⚖️ This provider is also a CSAT claiming to have trained under Heidi Kinsella, who appears in Season 1, Episode 1 of Netflix’s Love Con Revenge. When these concerns were shared previously, the business owners made it clear they didn’t consider it relevant to their practice or the community they actively market. 🤔 I share this only so others can make informed decisions. 🤗

My experience at NWKC in Seattle has been truly life-changing. The team is nothing but gracious, compassionate, and deeply attentive. They create a safe space where I felt heard and supported every step of the way. Ketamine treatment can be intense but it has made a meaningful difference in my mental health. I am incredibly grateful for the care I receive and would wholeheartedly recommend NWKC to anyone exploring this treatment option!

I am a long-time patient of NWKC and the low star reviews from people could not be anything further from the truth of a representation of this clinic. I have been to both NWKC Seattle and NWKC Bellevue and the level of care, compassion,, love I feel from the nurses here is unlike care I have ever received ANYWHERE in my life. I have never left a google review in my life... good or bad... but the fact that people exist to tear down others with lies is abominable... especially a clinic that is LITERALLY saving lives. DO NOT trust these people, look at the other reviews they have left. They are targetign providers and work together to bring down the persons reputation. Childish.

Charissa Walson, owner of Karis Collective and the clinic’s listed therapy partner, is someone I would strongly avoid in any clinical or therapeutic context—particularly if you have a history of religious trauma. My experience with her was horrific. She inserted herself into my life through unsolicited, illegal, unlicensed “sessions” in a way that is extremely difficult to interpret as anything other than predatory. Although my direct experience with Charissa occurred while she was an intern under Heidi Kinsella at Fourth Dimension, she also attempted to aggressively solicit ketamine-related services during that time. Given that this clinic publicly markets itself as LGBTQ+ affirming and a safe, inclusive environment, her undisclosed Evangelical background and her conduct feel especially relevant. I share this only so people can make informed decisions about their care. My only hope in sharing this is to prevent her from predating on others seeking therapy and compassionate, ethical care.

I was very grateful for the gentle guidance provided by highly trained and compassionate staff. My troubling issues are making themselves known in a way that no prior use of antidepressants could achieve. I plan to continue this process at Northwest Ketamine Clinics. I feel cared for and safe to fully immerse myself in the healing that Ketamine infusions provides. I also am grateful for the opportunity to have vitamin infusions that work hand in hand with the Ketamine. I have hope now that I have never had before.
