Novara Recovery Center not only has one of the best addiction treatment teams in all of Virginia, but I LOVE how they went above & beyond and paid attention to every single little detail!! The catered food was incredible and I genuinely appreciate how the menu was constantly switched up every single day & input from clients was taken to heart. From the moment that Theresa answered the phone to when Enrico showed us around the facility, my experience with Novara Recovery Center has been nothing short of spectacular! The therapists really care and the entire staff is committed to helping. Most of all, I loved the yoga therapy groups with Amanda. These helped me to relax and nurture my own inner sense of peace. Novara Recovery Center is a beautiful drug and alcohol rehab that is managed by a compassionate team of professionals who are all in long-term recovery themselves so they bring a lot of that shared experience to the facility, which is very powerful! When I saw the center, I was blown away by the attention to every detail and how warm & welcoming the staff was. The team at Novara is extremely professional, responsive, and thoughtful in their communication.

Please by all means do a deep dive into Novara before bringing your loved one here. There are many issues with this company that are not evident by reviewing the reviews and the beautiful website layout. I have had much time to research and learn about the different centers in the area and this one may be the most confusing one so far. It’s evident through the public listing of jobs that remain public that Novara is having an employee turnover crisis that goes beyond understanding. Please Novara management make appropriate decisions in how you manage your employees and your company. It’s seems as if you changed managers in the last 6 months and this has caused a change in how your business model is running. The word has been out for sometime now that there is probably with you being able to manage employees so what makes you think you can actually manage the well being of people who are seeking help? I’m aware that not every program works for everyone but I also know that it always starts at the top. I’ve run a start up business myself and gone through the difficulty of creating a model that works. It’s takes time, patience and dedication but this is unacceptable. It’s clear that you have lost over 150% of your staff and the public search for your executive director is not very promising or trustworthy. Something is off with Novara and even through my husband had a conversation with your administrative team about your program, I am glad we educated ourselves and found a suitable reputable center that worked for us. Warming to the public, these reviews were mainly positive from 6 months ago. Do your through research before entering.
