Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I went there for knee treatment. Dr Savage was very professional and helpful. Maddy was great with knee injections. For your knee needs go and check this office. I will be going there for my needs.
Northwestern sucks! They will milk your insurance for all they can get. I spent over $30k in tests they still won’t treat the pain problem. I have to go to a undocumented pharmacy for pain relief.
If I could give a 0, I would. I scheduled my mom's new patient appointment with a Polish-speaking doctor., Dr. Baber. She was waiting several months for that appointment. We received a phone call just a few weeks before the appointment to find out that he no longer accepts new patients. She doesn't speak English and the translation service is not good. She was very happy to know that the doctor's office is very close to her house and he speaks Polish. It is business-like behavior, lacking kindness and understanding.
Terribly trained staff
The doctors are completely unreachable—you’re left in the dark with your condition or care. The nurses are incredibly rude, dismissive, and consistently talk over you anytime you try to ask questions or express concerns. There’s a total lack of communication, compassion, and professionalism. I would never return to this hospital and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for care.
I wish I could give zero stars. Staff all is SUPER rude and doesn’t know what they are doing. Everyone’s always confused when I call with a question or asked to be transferred to a certain department and sometimes they even tell me they don’t have that there. Even some of the doctors be little you and make you feel stupid. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend.
I was transferred to this location, and hour out of my way, because I was told it had openings. Three weeks later, half a dozen phone calls, a two hour round-trip drive for an intake appointment, and I am told that they don't have any openings. This was for an extremely time sensitive matter. Least professional hospital in the state.
My son has been seeing Darlene Flowers for his behavioral health for about 4 years now. I have to say without her help and patience with my son I don't know how I would of made it. My son was very quiet and wouldn't speak to anyone about his feelings. I don't know how Darlene did it, but he started becoming more outspoken. My son has grown so much and coming out of his shell fast. Thank you Darlene and staff! You guys are awesome!
