I cannot recommend Northwest Ketamine Clinic enough! If you're curious about this journey, this is absolutely the place to do it. I came in seeking support for depression, and I can honestly say it has made a real difference in my life. I want to be clear — this isn't a fix-all, and I don't think it's meant to be. But when used in combination with other healing practices, therapy, and a genuine commitment to your own wellbeing, it can be genuinely transformative, and it has been for me. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Everyone is warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do — that kind of human touch makes all the difference when you're stepping into something so personal and profound. The space itself is intentional and healing in a way that's hard to put into words. Calm, carefully curated, and designed with the experience in mind — it all comes together to create the perfect container for this kind of inner work. They've thought of everything: comfortable chairs, soft blankets, eye masks, curated music, and even weighted blankets. These details might sound small, but they made my experience feel truly special and safe. Worth every single penny. I am so deeply grateful to the team that held space for me through this journey. The staff is wonderful, thoughtful and caring. I'm about to undergo my 6th infusion in my initial series. I'm very optimistic of the changes to come! Highly recommended!

This process has been life changing for me. From the initi phone call to my last session, I've received 10+ service from all of the staff. The cleanliness of the rooms, the explanation of the process, the follow ups, have all been amazing! I was on anti depressants for 25 years, I'm not longer on them. I can't explain in words how this treatment has helped me!

Charissa Walson, owner of Karis Collective and the clinic’s listed therapy partner, is someone I would strongly avoid in any clinical or therapeutic context—particularly if you have a history of religious trauma. My experience with her was horrific. She inserted herself into my life through unsolicited, illegal, unlicensed “sessions” in a way that is extremely difficult to interpret as anything other than predatory. Although my direct experience with Charissa occurred while she was an intern under Heidi Kinsella at Fourth Dimension, she also attempted to aggressively solicit ketamine-related services during that time. Given that this clinic publicly markets itself as LGBTQ+ affirming and a safe, inclusive environment, her undisclosed Evangelical background and her conduct feel especially relevant. I share this only so people can make informed decisions about their care. My only hope in sharing this is to prevent her from harming others in similarly vulnerable situations. She has since been reported to two licensing boards. I left a voicemail to speak with the clinic yesterday and the owner never returned my call. There is nothing defamatory about the nature of this review.

I came here for PTSD. I finished my 6th infusion 10 days ago. PTSD is such a complex condition so I didn’t expect it to just disappear, and it didn’t but I can look at my trauma more easily now, rather than being super avoidant. I started this because I was hardly sleeping, bursting into tears from horrible images when I would close my eyes, feeling fearful, and most recently becoming impatient and not the person I wanted to be at all, a shell of the upbeat and grounded person I was before my traumatic events happened. The ketamine experiences ranged from very pleasant to very strange, but I always knew I was safe and had wonderful support from either Janice or Kevin. They are so accommodating and will stay with you if you need a hand to hold or any adjustments. From the time I walked through the door and was welcomed, I felt nervous but the warmth I felt from all staff made it so much easier! I haven’t been that grouchy person since after my first infusion which was a pleasant surprise. My communication with my family has gotten better just because my patience grew so much after I was able to drop some of that tension I was feeling, so in that aspect I have returned to my old self. I’ve spent time with friends, gone out without the gross underlying anxious feeling, had my first helpful therapy session in years, I am kinder to everyone including myself. I’ve even started talking with my doctor about eventually tapering off of my daily medication that I’ve felt stuck on. So, while ketamine isn’t a quick fix and I do still have a lot of work to do, it opened the door to possibilities that were there the whole time, but I couldn’t see. I actually feel confident about being able to become who I want to be, even though I will still carry this trauma. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me!
