I am incredibly grateful for my experience at this medical detox residential facility. I came here for Meth detox after 10 years of heavy use, and from the very beginning I felt safe, supported, and truly cared for. Detox can be overwhelming and scary, but the medical care was absolutely amazing. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate every step of the way, making sure I was comfortable and never felt alone in the process. What truly sets this place apart is the people. My case manager and therapist, Helen, was nothing short of incredible. She went above and beyond to support me, advocate for me, and help me feel hopeful about my recovery. Helen genuinely cares, and it shows in everything she does. I also want to recognize the house managers, Jaime and Jeremy, who provided constant support, structure, and encouragement. Their presence made the house feel safe and grounded, and they always treated me with respect and kindness. The **daily staff—Jamaica, Kymmie, Casey, and Nick—**were wonderful. They brought compassion, patience, and positivity into every day, whether it was checking in, offering encouragement, or simply being there when it mattered most. Each of them played a role in helping me feel seen and supported. The facility itself is beautiful—a peaceful home set in nature with a serene pond that creates a calming environment for healing and reflection. Being surrounded by nature made a huge difference in my mindset and overall experience. I will always be thankful for the care I received here. This place didn’t just help me detox safely—it helped restore my hope. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality care during one of the most vulnerable times of their life. Ona Treatment Center is truly a one-of-a-kind inpatient facility. Helen, the counselor there, takes the time to dig deep and create a treatment plan that is truly tailored to you. She goes above and beyond to get to the root of the issues that cause us to want to escape from our pain. The staff are consistently encouraging and uplifting, and for the first time in a long while, I felt safe enough to feel my emotions and express myself without fear of judgement. They genuinely make time for you and ensure you feel like a priority, not just another patient. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, which made the healing process feel even more grounding and supportive. It's important to know whether for yourself or a loved one that what you put into the program is what you will get out of it. My experience at Ona truly kick-started an exciting new path and healthier life moving forward.

THE STAFF IS AMAZING EVEN BEFORE I GOT HERE THE ADMIN CALLED ME EVERY OTHER DAY JUST TO CHECK ON ME AND I MOST DEFINITELY NOW HAVE A FRIEND IN EVERY PERSON I WAS HERE WITH STAFF INCLUDED! THEY STOOD UP FOR ME WHEN I COULDN'T STAND UP FOR MYSELF! THEY REALLY MAKE SURE THAT EVERY ONE HERE FEELS SAFE AND MADE ME REALIZE MY OWN SELF WORTH! I HONESTLY CANT THINK OF ANYTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT ANYONE HERE OR ABOUT THIS FACILITY!! I AM SAD TO LEAVE MY ONA BUBBLE!!! I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS PLACE.
