PFC has been a really special place for me. The trainers are amazing people! They pay so much attention to each individual, are supportive, encouraging, and genuinely care about every person they work with. The chefs are wonderful. The food is delicious, nutritious, and you can feel the love and intention that goes into each meal. PFC also caters to specific dietary needs, which is incredible. The staff couldn't be better. And the classes offered are informative and very helpful. What I appreciate most about PFC is how supported and cared for I feel while there. Taking care of myself at PFC felt intuitive, and I am truly grateful for the experience. PFC also offers an aftercare program, which I am very excited to participate in. I would recommend PFC to anyone seeking to improve their overall health and well-being. It's an amazing program and place!

Soooo sad it's over but also sooooo grateful! This was my second time at Performance Fitness Camp in just six months, and I honestly do not know how this is possible, but somehow it was even better than the first. The first experience was exceptional, and this one went beyond that. What makes PFC special is the people. All of them. From the facilities team, to the health and wellness team, fitness coaches, sales crew and chefs. The entire team is what makes this place feel so special. The campers are people of every age, size, gender, and background here, and they make every single person feel supported and cared for exactly where they are on their fitness journey. Being at Omni La Costa is always a dream. The surroundings are beautiful, calm, and grounding, and they make the whole experience feel even better. For me, a week at PFC is the perfect reset, especially at the start of a new year. The balance of movement, recovery, health, and nourishment is just right. The food and health program is thoughtful, delicious, and sustainable, and it supports you without ever feeling restrictive. I just wrapped up the week and I can't get back soon enough!

Premier fitness camp is amazing. If you want to lose weight, get in shape or just feel great again it is the place for you. I’ve been twice and have already booked my return!

Fantastic experience and great coaches

What a week!! Needed a reset and I found it at PFC! The trainers, the staff, the Chefs! All amazing and work with all levels. Learned so much about nutrition, fitness and a good sweat was had by all, followed by delicious food and great sleep at the beautiful resort. Information sessions were very helpful and I took home so many tips for a healthier lifestyle that is easy to do. It was a true treat, I will be back and definitely recommend PFC, it’s a sound investment for You!

I had put a deposit down with the plan of going to Premier Fitness Camp. Unfortunately my mother became ill with Pancreatic Cancer and I tended to her for a year before she passed. Due to illness and estate issues I had to cancel. I asked them to please just extend the deposit time until the Spring when I could attend. They would not extend my deposit past the year and kept my $2000! Not very compassionate people.

Premier Fitness Camp in Carlsbad CA is an outstanding program to reset your mental and physical health. Staff is very experienced and encouraging no matter your capabilities. They meet you where you are at and then coach you into your next level of health and wellbeing. After the one week program I am inspired to eat better and workout in a way that helps me meet my goals. I highly recommend this program if you are fed up with the status of your physical health or you just need a kick start to break a few bad health habits.

A few months ago I finished up another great stay at PFC. It was my second time participating and both of my visits were incredibly positive experiences. The trainers are the best. They have a wealth of knowledge and are very supportive. The meals are prepared daily by a team of fantastic chefs using only the finest and freshest ingredients. In addition to the challenging workouts and great food, the program offers lectures on an array of health related topics, fun cooking demonstrations and various outings to local beaches and parks. While I wasn’t focused on losing weight, I did manage to shed several pounds and returned home feeling refreshed, energized and much healthier. And it is at home where the challenges begin. It is very tricky to transition from the on-site program to regular home life. Fortunately, PFC has launched a new offering called the At Home Program. I really encourage you to give it a try. It has exceeded my expectations. With the At Home program, I have been partnered with a smart, positive and super knowledgeable coach named Shelby. She has set me up for lasting success! I can’t say enough about the support I receive from her. Every week we check-in and she provides targeted guidance and serves as my accountability partner – which I need! She is positive and does a great job revisiting my goals and strives to help me stay on track. She is a wealth of knowledge and has helped me move closer to my desired outcomes. Thank you, PFC for launching the At Home Program and a huge shout-out to Shelby! It is worth every penny to invest in my health and well being and I encourage anyone who needs a reset to sign-up today. It's been great!
