They have had my mother for over the amount of days she was supposed to be there. Havent heard from her in a week. They wont allow phone calls in to patients and only allow patients one call to one person a day. We have no update on my mother, and my step dad sent her money to some sketchy number and we dont even know if she got it. I blew up their phone with no answer. Left a very angry voicemail. Not happy with the lack of communication. This is my mother they have!!!!! Dont play with me!!!!!

The place was dirty and disgusting jail showers are cleaner than the showers there the nurses there treated me well but I had to wait 2 days for my medicine for opiate addiction the food was okay but I had a asthma attack in the middle of the night and I went to the nurse for a inhaler and she told Me your not gonna come in the middle of the night and get a inhaler when clearly I could hardly breathe and they gave me a bed that had no mattress so I had to sleep on the hard box spring and the patients ran the groups it seemed the patients ran the entire facility

My father was here, finally decided to go get help after most of his life being an addict. Was successfully there for about 3 weeks when he had to be taken to the hospital for a heart attack. While in the hospital recovering, he was told he will not be allowed to come back. Thank God for the Foundation he works with, who quickly came up with a plan to keep him on track and get him back into a rehab quickly. When I tried to get answers, no one could give me any. The nurse was wonderful, tried to reach out to her boss as to why he was being released with no explanation and still no answers. Unacceptable and quite sad. That easily could have ruined his path.

the low ratings give this location a disservice. enhancing your recovery journey is about the effort you put in. despite the BHT turnover rate, overworked staff, toxic environment (to be expected of alcoholics and addicts...), and other kinks, this location has a team that genuinely tries to elevate clients from their circumstances. shout out to ALL the nursing/medical team, renika, facilities/cleaning team, Charles, and last but not least mister t. everyone in the building is a blessing, fr. thanks 🙏🏾

Went in for 7 days and here’s my experience . Extremely understaffed if anything the day nurses and few bht staff members along with mr t was the only good people there actually cared and attended any promblems I faced . The food is good the beds and rooms are terrible and dirty. They only have psych nurse in on Mondays so good luck getting medication unless you throw a fit and become mental then they will have a face time set up with said nurse. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here hell even a judge at Annapolis court house knows it’s a terrible place!!

This is a great treatment center if you are in crisis. However, many human resource related issues were witnessed while attending their 30-day residential program. Both physical and verbal disagreements between program residents, patients, and staff are normal. Personal valuables may or may not be stolen. You’re encouraged to remain at the facility as long as you are insured through Maryland or Pennsylvania. Hopes this helps somebody seeking treatment.

From the moment I arrived, I noticed a distinct lack of diversity among the staff. It quickly became apparent that this lack of representation had serious consequences. The staff members consistently displayed racist attitudes and behaviors, which left me feeling marginalized and demoralized. It is deeply disheartening to witness individuals who are supposed to support and guide you on your journey to sobriety instead perpetuating harmful stereotypes and discrimination. it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did I have to battle my own addiction, but I also had to endure the presence of a staff that was blatantly racist, making my road to recovery even more challenging.
