Rachel the psychiatrist is a horrible women I do not recommend coming here to get medication especially ADHD meds !! DO NOT COME HERE FOR HELP !!!

DO NOT LET THIS PLACE MANAGE YOUR CHILDS MEDICATION. They will leave you hanging and your child suffering from abrupt withdrawal. My child has been receiving medication management for a couple years through Ryther. Then suddenly when time to refill his psychotropic medication there was no refill and no call back. Rachel never followed up and won’t answer the phone or email. It’s cruel. The prescriber won’t respond or call back. When I text the refill line or psychiatric line I got a text back that said RIP. That was about 3 months ago. They were great for a couple years. I appreciate everything they’ve done for my kids. Apparently this is how my kid’s medical care with Ryther ends. Ghosting clients instead of being straightforward and honest about not wanting to accept certain health plans any longer or whatever the reason is. It’s totally unprofessional and as mentioned above, downright cruel to mess with a child’s brain like this. Sickening!

Very dangerous place. My son was put into a chokehold by another person here and the staff refused to let my son call the police.

Center for Human Services uses them as prescribers and after the original gal my grandson saw remotely left, the service there has been frustrating.

My name is hunter i was at ryther in 2013-2015 I was abused by staff held down by 5 plus staff members till I calmed down as I'm in excruciating pain yelling for them to stop then throwing you in a room that's door is held shut a cover put over the window and can keep you there till they feel like it not to mention while they play on there phones and being only being let out twice maybe three times a day this place was absolutely horrendous I wanted to end my life there and I got no therapy for that got put on suicid watc everything stripped from me had to sit at a desk in a corner with nothing no shoes no nothing the staff would take everything from your room and watch you sleep

EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW and lowered from two stars to ONE: they responded under my review within a couple days, with a contact. I contacted them immediately. It has now been over 2 weeks and STILL NO CALL OR EMAIL BACK (for the 7th time now, 4 phone calls (4 voicemails), 2 texts to the therapist and 1 email) and still no response! Wild how y’all respond faster to a bad review than your own clients calls & emails. Maybe a priority check is in order? Absolutely pathetic. I’ve reported Ryther to the Better Business Bureau for investigation. Original review: We love Chloe as a therapist, but unfortunately their billing department is incredibly slow, unhelpful and FAR from transparent. I was told the visits were covered and hadn’t heard anything in 3 months. 5-7 ish visits later we learn that it has not been covered at $180 a visit. I cannot get anyone to call me back or respond to me emails. Sucks my kids have developed a relationship with Chloe just to be tossed to the side like an unwanted piece of garbage. When Chloe was asked who we could contact to resolve this, she couldn’t even answer that. We’ve been searching for help from billing for 4 weeks now. Not a single call or email back. I have resorted to asking my caseworker to now start pestering Ryther to see if they can get an answer from someone… Something is seriously disconnected with this office. I do not recommend Ryther, I do however recommend Chloe.

Loved the staff. Amazing place for the help we needed. They are high in demand and there’s a waitlist but it’s great when you get in. Ryther has a lot of different options for help that I haven’t seen in other places.

Terrible staffing. Takes weeks to book an appointment that 80% of the time gets canceled.
