Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I am extremely exhausted I don’t have energy to be abused and tormented by the staff
Good lord, it's a goddamn nightmare to get your records. My doctors office put in 3 requests and they were ignored. I called asking if they have my records, they told me they don't, and when I asked again "Oh, I thought you said request for records" That's not even the worse of it. When I 1st started here, they kept giving me to doctors who were leaving, finally got stuck to one who was staying, and she ridiculed me, because she forgot that we were going to get me tested. And Doctor Usmani (if that's how you spell her name) is the worst medical practitioner I've met. Refused to tell me how my medicine reacted to other substances, refused to do in person meetings which meant a 5 minute video call was a 45 minute nightmare. She refused to accept that I was doing well on my medicine and demanded new changes, which is impossible as I was on the medicine, at that dosage, for 8 years. The civil services tho, I'd give 10 stars if I could. I get that they are overworked, but cmon, 4 requests, 3 via my current doctor? That's ridiculous
Incompetent front desk staff. Don’t think actually cared about my case looking back.
This place is ridiculous. Once a month appointments, therapist cancellations and incompetent. They take you off their system for "not showing to your appointments" without warning making you start all over from step one. Its o.k for them to cancel left and right though. Edit: 10/30/25 Busy line again? Not only that, I've been waiting for half an hour and still havent gotten a link for a telehealth video call. Ugh. Dont blame me for missed appointment.
I showed up on their doorstep suffering from PTSD due to a bicycle car accident which brought up a host of all sorts of mental ailments all the staff at Rio Hondo from security to financial reception Priscilla Ortiz Neo atenza all treated me with respect professional courteous they do what they do for a true love of helping people combination of medication and therapy I'm a lot better now mentally physically spiritually emotionally what I owe those people for helping me all the gold in Fort Knox can't pay you back thank you very much
Yeah like the reviews say the staff were rude sometimes but still did their jobs correctly. This new post COVID staff are incompetent.
Back in 2017 i was attending this place and they really cared about what was going on with my ,life i want to thank my case worker for being there and never giving up on me .
