Ritual Recovery

My daughter was a patient here recently, and she shared several concerns with me about her experience. She described how cramped the living conditions were, with three to four people sharing a room, and noted that food was frequently an issue due to it being taken by others. After paying a $2,000 boarding and activity fee, these issues were particularly troubling to me. She also spoke about her therapist, Allison, who she found approachable; however, she felt it was difficult to gain meaningful takeaways from the therapy sessions. When I spoke with my daughter by phone, she sounded upset and explained several situations that had occurred, which left me extremely dissatisfied. Another significant concern was that the doctor responsible for my daughter’s care was not on-site. I was informed that this physician only sees patients through a telemedicine platform. As a father, this is especially concerning to me, as it appears that no physical health examinations are conducted in person. Given my daughter’s history of asthma, this raises serious questions. If she were to experience an asthma attack, the doctor would not be able to physically examine her, listen to her lungs, or assess her condition properly. This is not only concerning—it is frightening. I want to be clear that I am not attempting to discredit Ritual Recovery entirely. In many respects, they provided great activities, and much of the staff—aside from the individuals mentioned—were phenomenal and supportive when my daughter returned home. I understand that no rehabilitation facility is perfect. However, given how new this facility is compared to others in the Asheville area, and based on its highly positive reviews, I chose this program for my daughter. That said, I feel it is important to point out several flaws within their systems that clearly need improvement

I have struggled with addiction for many years. Fighting a battle, in silence, that I didn't want to admit I was fighting. I thought I had things under control until life made it clear that I didn't. Attending Ritual's PHP program was the most terrifying yet liberating step that I've taken in my entire life and it's all thanks to the staff at Ritual Recovery. They are accommodating, patient, and passionate about what they do. Like anything in life, you get what you put into it. Ritual allowed me to actually open up and face my addiction. I would highly recommend this place to anyone because, if you're willing, this is where success stories break ground.

Ritual Recovery changed my life, quite possibly saved it. All the staff there are great, they genuinely care about their clients and give 100% of themselves to the program. The groups/classes are very informative, this is where you will learn the tools u need to live a sober lifestyle, you will also be shown how to apply these tools in real life. They offer weekend activities like hiking, bowling, Top Golf, and more. I not only learned how to live life sober, I had a blast, and I also made some lifelong friendships. I can't forget to mention the beautiful home where they house you during treatment, it has breathtaking views of the mountains and has several amenities like hiking trails, a home gym, a pool table, and a ping pong table... Plus the food is awesome, I definitely left there healthier than I've been in years. I would recommend this recovery center above any other.

I had to make the difficult decision to seek treatment for an addiction problem. After lots of research of local options, I was blessed to have chosen Ritual Recovery. They made the process easy to get started, and took care of the details that I wasn't able to deal with at the time. The clinical and housing facilities were beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very caring and knowledgeable about the disease of addiction. I learned so much and created a plan for ongoing care. I would highly recommend Ritual Recovery to help you through the difficult battle of addiction. They have changed my life!

Most welcoming and understanding place for recovering addicts the houses are amazing and the staff truly cares Kayla and Jillian made the chaotic time feel so much easier that Quentin guy is pretty great too sorta a bully but hey no one’s perfect love yall and miss ritual already

I stayed at Recovery 12/02/25-1/02/26 in their partial hospitizarion. This was my fourth recovery center and I have one 15 day stay at Neil Dobbins detox in Asheville and went bed to bed from Dobbins to Ritual. The clinicians and the Director and techs were great. Especially my therapist Meagan and my favorite tech Quentin. The house is beautiful and the food was amazing; you write down what you want on Monday and thru the magic of technology it appears Tuesday. We had crab legs, Filet Mignon, ribeyes tempura shrimp. The only thing I would have an issue with is not enough 12 step meetings at night as the house is a 45 minute ride into town and 45 back to the house. I left on a Friday and I just started the Intensive Outpatient on Monday and I am really enjoying the group led by Sam. I can highly recommend Ritual Recovery if you suffer from the disease of addiction. I learned about the nature of my disease so that I could truly understand how to keep it in remission. Thank you to Allison the director and all of Ritual staff. It saved my life.

I wanted to give a grace period to make a thought out review. Anywhere you go is going to have flaws. You included. That's why you found recovery. This place completely changed my perspective on addiction and a candle to hold. I have a great number of staff to thank, Jill, JT, Katie, Rachel, Megan, Kayla, Blake, etc. Take what you can get from the resources at hand and you'll find yourself in (maybe literally) a better pair of shoes on than you walked in with. My only critique would be advocate for yourself, if you need clothes, specific foods, or specific activities, just let the staff know and they will meet you at least half way, but medicinally negligent. I'm grateful to have found this center.

I was taught another about recovery that I needed. I really enjoyed the staff they all helped be a inspiration to my recovery. The ones who run the house are amazing. They talked me through one of the roughest times of my life and I attribute another of my stay to them I appreciate them so much
