The worst treatment center I’ve ever been too. Don’t waste your time. Find somewhere with people who care.

Don’t do it!!! Staff is untrained and unprofessional. Arriving I was excited and in good spirits, after leaving my mental health was worse. All I wanted was assistance with recovery :(

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After 5 different treatment centers, this is the most untrained and unprofessional staff. I arrived on a Friday and within 4 hours the office staff and bht were telling me they changed my medicine. I have no controlled medicine, only medicine for panic attacks. They refused to do anything about it until Monday (3 days later.) This is life threatening to stop medication cold turkey, especially Without a physician approving it or monitoring it. Because I got upset and cussed (mind you I am not a person who even does altercations or violence) they kicked me out in the rain and dark. They would not let me have my phone or my medication. I requested to have the cops called and they refused my right to emergency services. This is a very serious issue to keep someone’s medication, phone, as well as to put a female alone in the dark. While there they told me I would get my items the next day but after kicking me out on the street, they refused to give me my items until the following Monday. Making my mom drive multiple hours back and forth. The best thing about this place is that it showed me where I never want to be again in life. One of their higher ups told me “I was just like everyone else there.” And “there are 23 other people there just like me.” Only minimizing what I was going through versus trying to assist with a panic attack. If they can’t calm a panic attack, how can they do anything else properly? And the facilities? A nasty joke! Beware if u want a good service because they don’t care to give it. They all have an attitude and are unable to control there emotions. One of the bhts even told me she had ptsd so I needed to calm down. I’m sorry but who’s here for treatment?

Amazing,life saving experience Rockland is a true blessing

My son is there and it really has helped him cope with his emotions and learn that he is very special and deserves to have people treat him the way he deserves to be treated.He needs positive people and from what he says he's really learning alot.I pray for him daily.Thanks to his case manager Mr Malcolm who goes way beyond his job and I can't say thank you and May God Bless you.
