Part of the MFI Recovery network, Roy’s Desert Springs Adult Residential Care offers long-term, supervised treatment for adults with serious and persistent mental health concerns. Roy’s Desert Springs provides easy access to the I-10 freeway in Palm Springs, California. In addition to medical and psychiatric supervision, Roy’s Desert Springs offers community-based support and peer-led group therapy supporting self-management and positive health behavior. Eligibility Roy’s Desert Springs offers an option for individuals who have reached psychiatric stabilization from acute mental health concerns but need support beyond what is readily available in the community due to the severity of their mental health or co-occurring medical and substance use concerns. Residents for this facility are typically referred by Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health network based on their need for support beyond outpatient treatment and the availability in higher level of care facilities.
