If you are told that your insurance is accepted here, don't believe them. Call your insurance before you ever receive service. I was assured that UPMC insurance is accepted and I never heard otherwise. 1 year after my first appointment, I received a surprise bill for $1100 with no warning. I called multiple times and was told to ignore the bill because it should be covered. I am still being mailed a bill multiple times a month and now with a $500 late fee. Every time I reach out they say they will take care of it, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Not sure what is going on here, but I believe I was lied to and they are trying to make me pay for the lie. There are other places to receive these services. I would only go here as a last resort.

I spoke with a representative in Medical Records named LINDA who was very disrespectful and used vulgar language which was uncalled for. She was yelling and wouldn’t let me get a word out as I was simply trying to do my job. I want her fired, thank you.

Doctor was 30 minutes late for my appointment because he was wrestling a dog into the office. Made me 30 minutes late for work as the first appointment of the day. Dog was whining and barking in the office next to us the whole time. Staff is very friendly but I need to be on time for appointments. Leave the pets at home.
