I very impressed with OnDemand. The staff there treat you with respect and dignity. They are there to set you up for complete success. They offer transportation to and from appointments if you dont have reliable way to get there. If you miss an appointment it is really easy to get another appointment ASAP. For me someone who takes my sobriety as one of the most important part of my success to a better future ✨️ On Demand is definitely the best to have on yourside in your corner to really be successful living the best life that you can! Thank you, OnDemand much for all that you do for people like me who really appreciate having you as a step to success in recovery 😊 👍

SHAME ON ON DEMAND! I want to begin by sincerely thanking New Day Recovery and a few people at On Demand Counseling for helping me turn my life around. Moving from Utah to Ohio for treatment was one of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever made, and I am truly grateful for the many incredible people within this organization who played a part in my recovery journey. I entered treatment as a compliant and motivated patient—starting in residential care, progressing to PHP, and then to IOP and sober living in Newton Falls. During that time, I focused on rebuilding every aspect of my life. I worked on my physical health, grew spiritually through Forward Church in Newton Falls, attended five meetings a week (my home group being Celebrate Recovery in Newton Falls), and completed IOP three evenings a week for my mental health. I also found a sponsor through my church and secured a great job with a HAZMAT company nearby. Although I had only 115 days sober, my life was finally coming together. Unfortunately, one small mistake changed everything. I had scheduled a meeting with my sponsor and a Bible study one evening, unintentionally forgetting that it conflicted with IOP. When I realized the mistake, I went to speak with my counselor but she had already left for the day. In three months of treatment, I had never missed a single class or session, so I decided to keep my commitment to my sponsor. The following morning, while at work, I received a message instructing me to report to the office to “find alternative living.” I explained that I was at work but was told I needed to be out by 8 PM that evening. Later, I learned that some staff members entered my sober living home and placed all of my belongings into garbage bags, including new work uniforms, food, and personal items—reportedly while joking about it. When I finished work and retrieved my belongings from the office, I found myself homeless, 1,700 miles from home, without transportation, and unsure of what to do next. Thankfully, Pat who I owe my life to, Brett, Nate, Josh, Nostalgia, Paige and Jon—a few of the many compassionate staff members—helped me find a new sober living home in Warren, where I currently reside. Unfortunately, being relocated has severely disrupted my recovery support system. I now live too far to attend my church, my Celebrate Recovery group, or meet regularly with my sponsor. Transportation to work has become a serious challenge, and the new sober house environment lacks the supportive community I previously had. While New Day Recovery and On Demand Counseling gave me the tools and structure I needed to rebuild my life, my experience was ultimately overshadowed by the unprofessional and discouraging actions of a few individuals. It’s heartbreaking to see such a positive journey end this way. Despite it all, I remain grateful for those who truly care and continue to move forward with the lessons I’ve learned—one day at a time A few bad actors Jake, Rachel, Chris, and Brandon do not represent this company as a whole. However an organization is only as strong as its weakest links

I had been a clients of Melissa N. For over 3 and a half years, now im being told o can no longer see her because she is only allowed to counsel people enrolled on thier IOP or PHP program and I would have to see a different counselor. I have worked closely with Melissa through personal tragedy, relapse and recovery after years and years of addiction i finally found a counselor that I can trust and feel comfortable opening up to, built a counselor/client relationship with, now to be told she cant see me any longer and id have to start over with a new counselor, its been several months now without me going to counseling at all because I refuse to start over from the beginning and having to relive the trauma and all of the issues that Melissa is already familiar with. I explained thos to the management and they simply said we can find you someone new and I replied, I DONT WANT A NEW COUNSELOR, I DONT WANT TO START OVER AGAIN, AND I JUST WONT SEE ANYONE. To which the response from management was simply, ok fine and they hung up the phone... very unprofessional and unsympathetic. They failed to see how difficult it is to build the trust needed for effective counseling or just dont care. Melissa N. Is the best counselor I have ever seen and its a disservice and a travesty your keeping her from her long term clients.

Horrible business and mediocre service. The most unprofessional conduct I've seen in a while.... The staff breaks the confidentiality agreement with other non coworkers....
