Well, that's not shady at all. This is a review for the Rockefeller Neuroscience place in Moundsville on Teletech Drive because a page for it does not exist. There is an alarming amount of incompetence with some of the staff here. Communication between them is bad and has led to a personal experience of mismanagement for proper diagnosis. Purposely omitting information from me just to keep me coming back, and not sending me in the right direction for the help I need. I understand the entire healthcare system is overwhelmed, but this was just asinine. This entire experience has made me scared to even look again for help.

I had to spend a few days getting my mind back.. And the nurses and staff in the psych ward.. we're amazing to us.. They treated us like human beings instead of animals.. And it's because of their compassion for life..and professionalism that brought me back from the darkness.. I went looking for help and found it Thank you to the whole psych ward staff at Reynolds hospital..

I just had surgery to repair a couple nonunion fractures in my foot and let me just say this was by far, the best hospital from front desk staff to every doctor and nurse/ recovery nurse I encountered. Everyone was so nice, friendly and HELPFUL. Next I have to recognize the anesthesiologists and the nurses. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! They actually listened to me about where my pain was at physically and where at on the pain scale- they decided a nerve block would be helpful, so I took their advice and I am glad I did. Not only did they make sure I was comfortable for the 2 nerve blocks they had to do but they also listened and took seriously about the complications I have with anesthesia- i woke up not sick, not irritable, not miserable and with my pain tolerable! I have had multiple surgeries in the past at atleast 3 different hospitals (in OH) and this one surpasses all of them, tenfold! I could not recommend them enough. Oh and my actual surgeon/ dr (hofbauer) is top of the line as well! I'm just so grateful how smooth everything went and so far my recovery has been pretty mild as well (im sure because of the easy transition because of the care and compassion of the hospital staff). Highly recommend!!

My sister came to the ER department by ambulance she couldn't move her leg and said she was in the worst pain she had ever been in they told her to be quiet because there were other patients there instead of trying to find out what was causing the pain then her insurance provides a ride home if the hospital sets it up but they told her we don't do that anymore SMH how could you go into a job like that and be so unkind I told the lady she might want to rethink that when a young person comes in that there is nothing wrong with them because when I was 26 I went to every er and urgent care in the wheeling area and after 30 days found out I needed emergency surgery I am now paralyzed on my left leg I hope the staff are reprimanded for their actions!
