Made my appointment on Monday for next week. Today is Thursday and when I made my appointment I mentioned that I would call back if the appointment did not fit my family by the end of the week, was told that it would be okay. After calling today to cancel the lady on the phone was rude and said I would be put on a 90 day hold for missing my appointment. I mentioned, how did I miss my appointment if it’s NEXT Thursday…it was actually a week away. When I asked she did not explain instead she said, what’s your name and then said it’s cancelled and never answered my question. Don’t say it’s okay to cancel later in the week and then put your “clients” on a hold. Never stepped foot in the office and now I definitely won’t.

They keep changing my doctor that does my meds don t really like it.. they are kinda rude....

The therapist’s here have shaped me to be the person I am today. They really care. It’s a hard job and they do it so well. Wont name drop but if you’re reading this Winnie the Pooh thank you for everything. Keeping it professional but you’ll always have a place in my heart!

The front desk staff are absolutely fantastic! And the therapists and doctors are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
