I understand that it was Friday evening but I have no control over when I would fall and split my head. The ER was very slow in care. I saw the doctor only at discharge. I only rang my call bell x1 and waited one hour before anyone answered. I needed to void desperately. The MD did not answer any of my concerns. She just rushed me out. I have been an impatient multiple times and have been extremely happy with my care. Very disappointed with ER care. I’m a retired RN.

Five star because I have Dr. David Gehring as my doctor. I doubt anyone could find a better physician anywhere. He cares, he listens and is the most knowledgeable/pragmatic doctor one could ask for! The facility, however, was problematic to me. My body cannot detoxify … so despite the fact that I had a very effective mask on, I still had issues. If I react, that means there are toxic substances in the air……to the higher ups , it would be helpful if you could look into this.
